MGM Grand

The Hotel was great, lots to do and see. The bars and restaurants are amazing, I had a fantastic time at the bar downstairs. If you are hungry, eat at the Craftsteak restaurant, the food is really good.

The room had some issues with the plumbing, the tub and sink did not drain well and I had to remove the tank lid to get the toilet to stop running. Also, don't frink the water in the room, it costs $22.00 per bottle for a $2.00 bottle of water.

We went to spend a few days together and basically hang out at the pool. the MGM is a very solid hotel, with nice rooms and a nice pool and a good atmosphere.

The property is fine, but I wish that the hotel and booking.com would just give the whole expense and not add so many other expenses like the infamous “resort fee,” which basically allows you to use the internet and the fitness center, not to mention another $15 a night to park. these are all things that are part of the room rate in any normal hotel, except in Vegas, where all of the big hotels do this, and it’s kind of disingenuous.

My Fav always. But i feel The quality has gone down . The Hotel needs to change , the bedsheets and even the rooms needs refresh. Would love to stay again though due to its location

Upholstery need a refresh . Very clearly change is a must.

The check in line was understaffed!! The first thing is waiting in line for 40 min that’s not ok! Myself indicates my time has no value. Among others in line talking how it compares to a Disneyland ride line.

There was no restaurant open at 5:00am when I needed breakfast

Try to place elderly folks closer to the elevators that hallway in the Studio Tower was rediculously long for coming and going multiple times also no coffee pot or microwave in the room

The property was clean, modern, and maintained. We were in the Studio Tower that was higher end rooms.

We were disappointed there was no microwave. The refrigerator was not for personal use other than the minibar. It cost $50 just to open the refrigerator.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower and trash in the bin.

place was clean and comfortable

having to pay for the fridge sucks.

It was a very unique hotel and safety was a good way to keep people coming back. My second time at the MGM. My babies enjoying looking outside to see the area.

The smoke was coming up to the 17th floor which is not cool. You heard everything going on outside in the rooms. There's no coffee or tea in the rooms.
