Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village

The location was nice and made it easy for us to drive to Pahrump, NV, which was the main purpose of our trip. The fruit at breakfast was nice and fresh!

The breakfast was ok. I typically have a Belgian waffle at any hotel with a similar breakfast setup, which I did on this trip. I found your pre-prepared waffles to be very disappointing, as well as the syrup. Having a waffle iron would be a big step in improving the waffles. I also wish you had real maple syrup, but I am realistic that is not an option. However, I have ben in many lower quality hotels that had much better waffle/syrup. A few days after leaving this hotel, we were at a lower tier hotel chain in Barstow, CA and their Belgian waffle and syrup were much better than yours. If they can do it, I hope you can too. Very nice selection at breakfast to start the day.

When I came into my room at six in the evening on Tuesday, no housekeeping had been done.....bed was not made, wet towels o n bathroom floor, no clean glasses, etc. I called the front desk, and a lady came to the door, and tried to make me feel it was my fault. I used to work for Marriott, and there was a housekeeping supervisor who checked every room before it was released. They offered to make the bed, but I was tired since I had been in meetings all day. They brought me fresh towels, but no compensation for their mistake.

Omg so many things !! Everything!!! Very close to the strip ,to a shop center, great breakfast, very clean rooms, excellent attention, love the free self parking, walking distance to Silverton casino which by the way is great too, and very quiet place. Totally love my stay here and really recommend it ,specially with kids or if your main plan is to explore around the city.

This hotel is perfect for a family. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is located in a quiet place. Everything was perfect during our second staying in this hotel. Their free breakfast is so yummy and fresh. Here is an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness center.

Breakfast was good and fresh, room was clean and staff very friendly. Room was laid out good for two adults to stay comfortably. Plenty of electrical outlets for all my power needs. Good lighting throughout and a single switch to turn off all the lights at the same time as you leave the room for the day. Good WiFi service provided.

No shuttle service. Elevator lobby on the 3rd floor had trash can overflowing and was their for over 24 hours. Minimal tv channel selections and difficult to maneuver channels with remote. Other hotels in the area offer wine and cheese in the afternoons for residents in the dining area with similar cost for the rooms. Plenty of TV screens throughout the main floor of the hotel but all are on the same channel. Bath towel’s are of lower quality, not as soft as other hotels have.

The hotel is very well maintained and looks brand new on the inside (not sure how new it actually is, but is certainly shiny and comfortable). The value for $ was very good, compared to even roadside hotels I used. The breakfast was really good.

Noise is a real problem. During our stay there we were able to hear our neighbours' TV set; also the way the ACs are installed means that both our room's AC and the neighbours' were noisy. Given Vegas' climate, there was nothing anyone can do about the AC's working all night, so take this into account if you are a light sleeper and want to stay here during summer.

I really was impressed by the cleanliness of everything, especially the lobby upon first arrival. The staff was fantastic, offered to hold our bags while we waited for the room to be finished. However, it was done in less than 5 minutes, so that was great. Room was huge, bed comfortable, and I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. It was a great stay!

Honestly, this is not a dig at the property, but the cost of hotels in Las Vegas on the weekend is baffling to me. I'm a local, and used this for a staycation for a night. Wanted to do a longer time away from home, but the cost of the rooms this weekend just didn't allow for it.

It was very nice and located close to our event.

Price was high but also understand a lot of events going on at one time.

The breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh definitely a comforting way to begin the day.

I booked this for the continental breakfast but ended up liking how close it was to amenities and entertainment more. They are family and dog friendly so that was another major plus. We walked to the Silverton, we were close to Target and the 99 cent store for shopping. The pool area is great! All around great stay!! 👍

I can't think of anything, maybe that the pool towels needed to be stocked more often? But the front desk has some ready just in case there aren't any out there.
