Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas-Red Rock/Summerlin

The location is a little away from the busy strip so the hotel is good if you are looking for quite place. The room is clean. It is a 3star hotel but the feel is like for a 5star. The next time I'll be around in Vegas I am definitely coming back to this hotel. The staffs are also friendly.

There is a lot of room to improve the breakfast to offer more variety of food. I like the waffles though

Breakfast was good, love all the charging spots in the room, the led mirror in the bathroom was awesome

Coming from out of state, the bathroom smelled gross like sulfur. I assume it’s just the Vegas water? Also, the barn door to the bathroom is pretty but hard to open and close with no lock

Excellent customer service, fantastic breakfast, and the management team is very professional had an opportunity to speak with John he is a excellent representation of the company.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly

Breakfast was excellent, hot food and drinks. The location is convenient and walking distance to other food and drink places; Alto, walking on roadway part of the way , it was safe. The free WiFi and coffee is great.

All hotels have the same problems with dust in the corners of the walls. The room air flow is on all the time, no way to turn off, so cold air coming at all times.

My wife and I loved the hotal from check in to checkout. It was quite and the room was great..Thank you staff and also thank you for great coffee and breakfast...

The only issue was the parking lot lighting on the side,needs to be brighter .

the front desk staff were beyond polite, friendly, and has so much respect for us. they made me and my group feel so welcomed and comfortable.

just that the room had no balcony.

I had an extended start, and the staff kept coming by my room to ask when I was gonna check out.. and it was only 1030 am.. check out is at 1100

The property itself was very nice. Cleaning of the room was not we were told we had to be out of the until 2:30 in order for the room to be cleaned so we left when we came back the room had not been cleaned we were done playing softball for the day and wanted to take showers they did bring towels but no clean room

All good and felt welcome at the place. Breakfast was included

Nothing to complain. Just one thought, that everything you need for breakfast is plastic. Not a single reusable item. It’s probably a US thing but I would expect more sustainability

We had a late night arrival into Las Vegas and did not want to stay on the strip. This location was perfect for us, it was close to the highway, but far enough away that you did not hear traffic all night long. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable and had shopping close by to stock up on supplies for our 2 week trip to the national parks.
