Hotel Centrale

Location of the hotel is fantastic, as the name says it is very central. Room was not big but we had enough room and it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good choice and times were good, 7.30am to 10.00. Hotel reception and breakfast room is on second floor of the building, there in no foyer of bar/lounge, this did not hamper us at all as we were out all day, if you are looking for a hotel with entertainment this is not the place for you, but if you want a good clean central hotel this is perfect.

We didn't have any complaints really, prices were not cheap but in keeping with other hotels in the city.

Room was small but comfortable, I stayed in a single, plenty of space for one person. Spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and the location is very central. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes steps away from the door.

It can get noisy, though there is double glazing, noise from the street below are still inconvenient. Thankfully the road is pedestrianised so it’s a problem only if people are being purposefully loud.

Location is perfect, the hotel is right in the city centre, just a few minutes walk from the main square. Room was clean and big enough for two people. Staff was very kind, especially Stefano who helped us every time we had a question or a special request. Breakfast was good, with a large selection of food. Cappuccino that we got during the breakfast was excellent!

The hotel is right next to the pedestrian zone and, because of this, it is a little bit noisy during the night.

Location was very good. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds,friendly and helpful staff. Wifi was very fast so that was good. Very safe place too. Local bus was just a short block away, like less than 1 min walk.

I thought we were getting breakfast but we would have had to pay 10 euros each so we opted out but we looked at kitchen and breakfast seemed to be worth it with lots of items.

A very supportive and proactive staff. On a 0-10 scale I range them 11. Absolutely alll: Dina, Germana, Lorenzo and Stefano. Solving any problem and giving nice advice on tours and restaurants. Room and bathroom: enough space, very clean. Good bedroom.

You may improve: - Adding an in room safe - A hand shower

The wohle staff of the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. They were devoted and seemed to really care about the wellbeing of the guests. The location is perfect, right next to the Canale Grande. The train station is not far either. Breakfast is fine! I stayed there for the 2nd time and will stay there again. I can warmly recommend the hotel!

As with other Italian hotels, more sustainability could be integrated such as waste reduction at breakfast and in the bathroom. This is a general Italian problem compaired to other countries in Europe.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet pedestrian zone and very close to all main attractions. The staff were truly helpful, especially Christian who took care of us during breakfast. Highly recommended!

We were invited to a free breakfast which was excellent. One of the staff, an older gentleman, gave us excellent travel advice and went out of his way to provide us with all necessary information. All the staff was friendly and courteous.

The location was outstanding - the staff were very friendly also. The breakfast was simple but was all we needed to start the day. Trieste is beautiful and this Hotel is in such a perfect spot!
