My stay in Todi could not have been more satisfying! The Palazzo was absolutely fantastic: chic, comfortable, and spacious. The shower! OMG, the shower was enormous with several water jets including a waterfall! The bed was firm and comfortable. But the biggest reason I would return here (again and again) would be the hospitality! Giovanna is a delight! She made me feel welcome and loved! Even though we didn't speak the same language, we tried valiantly and communicated efficiently with the help of Google Translate and the international language of love. (Corny for sure but truthful!) When she knew I would be up and out early for my departing flight, Giovanna prepared a special bag of treats for the journey. Wonderful place, with wonderful people. I'll be back!

That I couldn't stay longer!!

The hosts, Giovanna and Andrea were great, are great! They welcomed us with kindness and grace. They are really fantastic people. They went the extra mile for us and even invited us to an evening get together with family and friends. They recommended great restaurants and local sights for us to visit. They rebuilt the building, inside and out, that the luxury rooms are located in and it is beautiful and comfortable. The shower was incredible and big! The room was a very good size also, as well as the bathroom. I liked also that there is an elevator located inside the building so we could reach our rooms without having to carry all of our luggage up 2 flights of steps. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for croissants and other items as well. The bed was very comfortable and firm, just the way I like it. The location is convenient for visiting all the sights of Todi. We will visit again and stay at the Palazzo degli Stemmi.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, everything was great.

Beautifully decorated throughout, very clean and good air conditioning! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and all the amenities were lovely.

Breakfast was good, but would have preferred to be left in the room to help ourselves rather than a member of staff sitting watching us. The staff were absolutely lovely though and could not do enough to help and accommodate throughout our trip.

Beautiful property, the height of comfort and chic! Everyone was wonderful, and I was treated like family. Terrific facility with elegant common areas. Fantastic bathroom and shower. Waterfall rain-head! Delicious breakfast with a wide range of homemade goods.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was PERFECT

Everything, it was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Giada, the girl working there was the nicest, most helpful person. She was a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was great and the apartment was stunning.

Having to leave, would have loved to have stayed longer

it was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. the best of everything and kind hosts eager to please. it has a lift and garaging close by. there is a great newly opened Trattoria just around the corner which we enjoyed.

The apartment was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing, Gaida was great and helped a lot, will recommend others

The air condition was weak and the pillows were too high.
