Central location to reach all parts of Siracusa by walking if so inclined. Very close to transport hub of both train and bus about 5minute walk. The property has been very nicely refurbished with all modern fittings and furnishing. Lovely and bright. We had a little balcony with seating from room but also a communal outdoor area in an inner courtyard. The owners were very flexible and afforded us an early check in. Breakfast was very affordable and sufficient for our requirements. Cosy setup for breakfast. Great to see young women being entrepreneurs and doing so ever so efficiently and successfully! Well done team. Remember to try and sit back and enjoy your achievements 😊

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Thalya Luxury rooms in Siracusa. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was big with a nice shower and I have to say I loved the mattress, the selection of bedding and pillows (you get two versions a softer and harder one) - the night spent in Thalya was for sure best sleep I had during our vacation. :) Veronica was extremely friendly and helpful - explained all the sights we need to see and her recommendations were really good. Also other staff was really kind. Thank you! :) The location of the rooms is perfect if you want to explore Ortigia and Siracusa as it is somewhat in the middle of both parts so you don't need to walk too long in any direction. We loved Siracusa (soo many things to see and do - the Ortigia sunset :)) and our stay was so pleasant, that we will be returning to Siracusa and Thalya for sure, and this time definitely for extended stay. :)

A truly luxury hotel The hotel's location is excellent. It is only 100m from central railway station and walking distance to ortigia. and the Archaeological sites. The room is very big and it looks almost brand new with quality fittings everywhere. The bedroom and bathroom are especially beautiful and comfortable. The receptionist Veronica is exceptionally friendly and helpful. She offered us early check-in, provided us with useful information on restaurants, attractions, shopping, etc. She looked after our luggage after checkout and offered us reuse of convenience before our actual departure. The stay is of high quality and great value.

These rooms had everything we needed and Stephania and Veronika were helpful in every way. It was clean and very comfortable and ideally located for the station, archeological site and Siracusa/ Ortigia generally. The air conditioning was very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

such a clean & modern apartment! Best bed I’ve slept in for past 3 weeks!! Shower & bathroom top level! very convenient to train station & ability to walk into Ortigia & ruins! Stefanie very helpful with carrying luggage upstairs & maps & lots of tips & information re where to eat etc! Ability to have breakfast also very convenient. Totally recommend staying here.

The rain showerhead was exceptional. The largest I had ever seen. The finishes at the unit were just beautiful, felt luxurious. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hosts made sure I had all the details and then some in regards to the town. Which was an absolute blast by the way!

Such comfortable beds and lovely linen! The staff were super helpful and gave us loads of recommendations and we were able to park on the street outside for free. Its a very central location to see everything, you can walk to most things in 15mins and it’s a flat easy walk.

Our stay at the Thalya Luxury Rooms was such a relaxing and great experience. The room was super clean, comfortable and modern. Since the accommodation is not directly located on Ortygia, it is nice and quiet yet still only a short walk away from the main attractions. The breakfast was well thought through with different options for any potential food restrictions and in line with the local Covid guidelines. Our host Veronica was so sweet and welcoming throughout our entire stay, helping us wherever she could and making sure we had everything we need for a pleasant stay. Thank you for teaching us a new Italian phrase every day :) Grazie e a presto!

The room was very clean and extremely convenient for accessing the train station, buses and walking to Ortigia. Two of my three nights, I was alone on the property and it was extremely quiet and safe. The balcony overlooking the Main Street was wonderful for having coffee in the morning and the shower in my room was really nice. The woman who sent me off every morning was extremely kind and full of good recommendations.

On my first night, other guests were in the property and I could definitely hear what was happening in the common areas. Unfortunately, my cell phone (USA - Verizon) did not work at all in this area, which became a problem when I was initially trying to get into the property and two days later when my keycard did not work. The first time, I begged a passerby for help and she called the owner, who was very responsive and able to immediately and remotely open the door. The second time, I could not get help from passerby’s so I walked to the nearby train station where a Trenitalia worker called the owner, who again was extremely responsive. If I go back to Thalya, I’ll make sure to buy a SIM card for my phone ahead of time. And I hope to return!

Comfortable and modern rooms. Amazing facilities. The lady who looked after the checkin/checkout process was so helpful and gave us tips about Siracusa. Check in was super simple and we had no problem during our stay. One of the best facilities I have ever stayed in and serious value for money!
