Excellent location for a beech experience. Cannot get any closer to the beech. Rooms are a bit small, but you have everything you need there and it is cozy with a good AC.
The room seemed a bit overpriced for what it offers. Also, could be noisy since it feels like there is no legal limitation for the loud music in the nearby restaurant - so you could find yourself listening to a disco, loud and clear at 3 am.

The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast with variety of sweet as typical italian. But as well we could find delicous ham and cheese.
The room was small and dark. Not in the location by The sea as stated in the booking hotel offer or pictures. It was about 200m from the hotel. Breakfast served in the hotel only. Entrance to hotel privtae beach extra paid 15 euros.

Great Service. Very nice staff. Thanks to Francesco who made sure that we found the right room for our stay. Nice place to stay a day or two.
Only the rooms in the first floor of the main building have good light. I would definitely advise to spend the extra money for an upgrade. The rooms in the other complex seemed very narrow and without enough light.

Stayed in the annexe , I was worried as some reviews were mixed . It was spotless clean and right on the beach . Also a lovely roof terrace overlooking the bay which was new.
Our bathroom was a little small . The AC broke and the main hotel had someone out and fixed within the hour - so all in all nothing not to like

We stayed in the annex, it was actually better, quieter. Overall a very good experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Right on the beach.
The room was in the limit of being small, but still quite ok and nicely furnished thus not really a dislike overall.

the staff, the property right in front of San Vito Lo cape gorgeous beach. the rooms are very clean. the shower pressure is strong. The breakfast has great yummy Sicilian pastries. I recommend this hotel and would definitely return there. great food at the restaurant blue marine right next to Egitarso.

Beach is 2 minutes away. The hotel section of the beach is looked after by Kamel who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was in a nice large villa, comfortable with excellent cleaning services. Breakfast was good.
