First - is the location - main street close to the all boutiques and cafes! Second - landlady! Wonderful woman, always ready to answer all the questions and very careful with your needs! Third - cleanliness! Rooms looks like it’s just renovated, everything is clean and stunning. Can’t not to mention the design of the each room - beautiful and aesthetically❤️ Absolutely love it, will come back 100%

I love the apartment, just in the center of San Remo. Very friendly and understandable women Francesca, she advised such a delicious places to visit 🤗 and also accommodation was really comfortable! When I’ll go to San Remo again, I’ll stay in the same place 👌🏻 Also accepted with my dog :)
Everything was perfect. Just didn’t had hairdryer, maybe by ask it’ll be. Anyway I had one with myself

The apartment was fantastic however the door lock is not user friendly and doesn’t belong for hotel use particularly when there is limited reception hours. We arrived out of hours and luckily another guest walked by and showed us how to use it. it’s a 10 digit code and requires the handle to be turned 3.5 times to get in! In addition you need mobile reception and data to actually get in the building - if your phone is flat you can’t get in. Besides the access issues, the apartment is amazing.
