If you are looking for a place to stay closer to Termini, I think this is a very good choice. The room was super clean and the breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, a selection of pastries, and good coffee. The rooms are small but very well-equipped. Also, the area was very safe, you can walk whenever you want without any hesitation.

I did not have the chance to have the breakfast since I checked out at 5:00am for early flight. The room and the bathroom was to small. I had requested two twins bed and was given a full size bed that I had to share with my adult daughter. The room was clean, however; the hot water was not working and we had to report it, it was taken care upon reporting it.

Room service was horrible. I wanted a hamburger that was on the list, and I was told it was not available in the afternoon. I order a ham and cheese that tasted horrible, once slice of ham very small with a large amount of mozarrela cheese that was very salty, was not able to eat it and I was charge $14 plus $10 to be delivered to the room. It was very unsatisfying.

Overall a decent boutique hotel with clean room. Reception staff and restaurant staff (the ones at breakfast) were all very pleasant and helpful. The ones in the restaurant at breakfast were most delightful. Always cheerful and prompt with clearing the used plates. Location of the hotel is quite good too.

The room did not provide bedroom slippers and new bottles of water were not provided daily - I have never experienced this in other parts of the world before. All hotels will provide these for me at no additional charge. The main door lock gave us some problem unlocking. The door access cards were faulty. We had to ask for an exchange to pick up after breakfast but staff seem confused. The bathroom glass door was super loud and squeaky whenever we tried to slide them to shut before each bath. It sounded frightening for people outside the bathroom too. Almost like a human screaming inside haha. But we did not report it, just lived with it.

Modernly decorated room with comfortable bed. Perfectly clean. The breakfast was really tasty. The Hotel is located 10 min walk from Termini station and 25 min walk from Trevi fountain. A few bus lines are available in the nearby streets. Friendly stuff. I would recommend it for sure!

Maybe the breakfast offer should be a little wider.

Main advantages – excellent staff, exceptionally clean and spotless, great breakfast by European standards, very spacious family room, rooftop terrace open late with an amazing view and perfect atmosphere (also serves as a restaurant and bar in the evening), and a nice gym for a boutique hotel. Overall, good value for money.

Disadvantages – the location is about 2 km from the city center, the shower water fluctuates between cold and hot (we had read about this in reviews before booking), the double bed was made of two mattresses at different heights, one of which squeaked excessively and was uncomfortable, the elevator is very small and fits only 2–3 people, which is an issue when you’re on the 5th floor. Overall, we were aware of these things in advance, which is why we still give the hotel a score of 8.

Clean, huge and staffs are very accommodating! We reached earlier and we had a bad experience from a private hire transportation booked from Booking.com. The customs was extremely busy that day we arrived and we took slight more than 1 hours and the driver just drove off. We ended up buying train tickets to go to The Guardian, when we reached we were greeted by this lady, I forget her name but she was asking us how are we since we flew such a distance to get here. Told her over dilemma and she was so kind to let us checked in early. It really helps to elevate the bad experience we had earlier and the room was clean, we have fresh towels everyday and the breakfast was super delicious and well spread. Even the service staff in the restaurant were so friendly and nice. Will definitely stay if I come back to Rome. Thanks and well done.

Maybe a coin laundry would be perfect so we can wash some clothes.

Breakfast was excellent. Their was a wide variety of foods to choose from, very good scrambled eggs and lovely fresh fruit were highlights. The coffee beans used in the machine made the best coffees in the morning. Absolutely delicious. The room size was fairly good for Europe, which tend to err on the smaller side. But it was enough for two people to comfortably stay and still fit all of our luggage. The bathroom was modern and clean and the shower pressure was good. The bed was comfortable. Location is very close to the termini which is great. The staff were always friendly and helpful and were kind to help us make a restaurant reservation for us.

It is located a little further out from the centre and from the main sites so it can be quite tiring particularly if you have a long day on foot and it is hot. The pillows were standard hotel pillows which unfortunately are too soft for us and did make for some discomfort.

The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of quality products (yoghourt, cakes, fruits...). The room was large enough and the bed was confortable. An electronic safe was at our disposal. The personel was friendly too.

The shower sewage was a bit misfunctionning (limited drain) but that was the main issue we had. May be a separate boiler for hot woter for tea drinkers would be a plus for the breakfast since we had to use repeatedly the hot water from the coffee machine to this end.
