The room was lovely and definitely gave a 5 star feel. Loved the balcony. Received excellent detailed information on how to access our actual room, as did not have a regular check in/lobby.

Was a little unclear on how to get to the location via public transport. Ended up being quite awkward to get to from the train station and the pathways there are horrendous to walk on with a suitcase dragging behind. Did discover Buses were easier to access but it would have been handy to know this beforehand.

The location was excellent, and while I was worried about getting there at first the staff were very helpful giving me detailed directions/instructions via WhatsApp.

Location is great if you want to visit the Vatican. Closest metro station (Valle Aurelia) is about 12min walking and there are shops and cafes in the area. Located in a side street with stunning Roman villas. Property is in a residential building, very peaceful not for parties. Room has a formidable king-size bed and a lovely balcony. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Extremely good value for money, considering size and location. We visited the centre everyday by walking or taking busses/metro. Trastevere for example is a 30min walk and Castel St. Angelo and the Tiber are 20mins away. Bear in mind Rome is large and many of the sights are located East of the river. There is a manned reception on site during some of the day, which is helpful.

Room is functional but there is no communal area or kitchen, which we knew before booking but would be ideal. This property is between a hotel and self-catering apartment.

The bed was huge and super comfy! Very clean room, great shower, quiet location. Little balcony was a great bonus, which overlooked another old building. Plenty of light and air due to big double window on one side and large double door, for the balcony, on the other. Lovely furnishings to, with a little coffee machine and fridge. The fridge had some bottled water in it and there was tea, coffee pods etc to use. The towels were also lovely and super white!

The air conditioning wasn't very cooling, but better than not having it at all! I didn't realise how far it was to the centre of Rome, to visit all the attractions. It was about an 50 minutes - 1 hour walk from the Trevi fountain. It was however, about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican.

The location was good , near Vatican city. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill,very convenient but a steep hill to climb on returning to the property ,but manageable. The bed is very,very comfortable and spacious.

A steep hill to climb on returning to the property after a long day sightseeing. No lift in the apartment building. No kettle ,tea bags or milk to make tea in the apartment. Towels were not changed for the entire stay of 4 days.

We loved everything, the room was very nice and comfortable, we had an air conditioner which was amazing in summer, a sweet balcony and everything was very clean. The Team made our bed every morning after we left sightseeing and left us new water and coffee capsules to use for free, which we very much appreciated. We also received a bottle of wine for free as a gift - a very kind service indeed. Very good value for the money and you can basically see the Vatican wall from the balcony. We loved the location, very calm and safe, but it is also easy to reach any part of the city, the Vatican of course easily by foot.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The room was delightful, a calm light space with windows on two sides and a little balcony.

The breakfast arrangement was vouchers which could be used at a couple of cafes which were at least a ten minute walk away.

The staff was very helpful, we've got a video instruction how to access our room and could store our luggage on the reception on the day of our departure after check out. The location is great, 30-40 minutes by bus to the main attractions, the district is very quiet and cozy, very nice place to stay in.

The room could be cleaner, there was dust on the floor in some places.

Easy check in to a clean and very well presented room with all needed comforts. Coffee machine and fridge included along with a very capable almost silent AC, which allowed for a particularly comfortable sleep. Instructions received the day prior over whatsapp giving clear access information

I really liked the location close to good restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops and it was really clean and exactly as the pictures described. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like how hectic it was to communicate a small issue but it got solved in less than 30 minutes so it worked out.
