Anastasia and the guy who assisted us on our 1st day was very helpful and cheerful. She helped us with our luggages, and the guy also (didn’t know his name, find the effort to help us also.) she is very helpful when it comes to the best restaurants and other informations around the city. Rome rooms always there to meet our needs. Whenever I have a small requests, like extra towels, comforters etc., They will reply and do it right away. The housekeepers are all helpful and always smiling. Experiences and services can matched with the other 5 star hotels. They are very easy to talk and happy to give service. I think that experience, is the same experience I get in 5 star hotels. Wondeful experiences can make your vacation perfect!!! There’s no probleam connecting to their free wifi. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are squeaky clean. I had always a goodnight sleep. The rooms are very safe and secured. The location are great, So near to everything. Few steps away fr the metro, The vatican, local nice restaurants, local grocery stores and more.

Rome rooms are not perfect. But the services and experiences will make everything perfect.

1. Location : Close to metro stations which is less than 15 mins ride from Roma Termini. The b&b is located between Lepanto and Ottaviano metro stations (closer to Ottaviano). It is also quite close to most of the tourist spots - Around 12 minutes’ walk to Vatican. About 20-30 minutes’ walk to Pantheon,Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Castel Sant’ Angelo. Some 30 minutes’ bus ride to Colosseum from a bus stop which is only around 7 minutes’ walk from the property. There are also a handful of restaurants nearby. 2. Cleanliness : The b&b was maintained well. It was clean and bright. 3. The staff: Absolutely helpful. Gave me a virtual tour of the city and she even walked me around the property to show me how to get around.

We stayed here from June 2-5. Just before we went to Italy, Anastasia reached us via whatsapp and wrote down all the details about which vehicles to use on our way, from which metro station to which direction to get on and where to get off. I would also like to thank him for his warm welcome, for preparing us a tour program in the city and for his sincere conversation. We were very pleased with all the places he recommended, both in Ottoviano and Trastevere, apart from the popular places on social media. Our room was clean, easy to access and safe as it should be. We were cleaned every day. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Anastasia for her care and attention. As a location, Ottoviano is one of the most beautiful places in my opinion, it can be preferred because of its proximity to the center and because it is a quiet and decent place.

what we liked best was the staff of romerooms as they are warm and easy to communicate with. we appreciate that they touch based with us a day before our arrival and aligned with us what time we will be arriving Rome. Anastacia met us despite it was late and gave us a warm and thorough tour/briefing of the place. the site where we were staying is really close to the ottaviano metro station, is close to the vatican by walking, had daily cleaning service, and close to restaurants. the only downside was some of the amenities were old but otherwise its was overall a good value for what youre paying for. :)

you can easily hear the noise of other occupants, the toilet had some mould and the drainage seemed slow to drain.

the location - walking distance to the old city; however metro station ottaviano 5min away of your feet start to hurt. the room was rather small for two, but we didnt spend much time in it so i choose to say it was ok

not enough power sockets; hair dryer gets overheated quickly, not suitable for woman’s hair; shower head was full of limescale (it was replaced on the last evening); on our last day, we were told we can leave the bags in the room and pick them up later during the day, but when we returned our bags (and other petty things) were outside the room which was disappointing as we were told differently but could be we didnt understand the staff correctly.

Clean rooms, great location, close to the Vatican. supportive and friendly. was quite even though being on a busy area.

The room didn’t look like the pictures on my booking. Not sure if this was a problem with this room’s photos in Booking.com but my room was nice and clean.

My wife and 1 year old son got sick during our stay, but Michele and the staff were so friendly and happy to help us. Michele ensured we got to the hotel safely from the airport and helped bring our bags up to the room. My son soiled the bed sheets (twice!) and the staff were quick to clean it up. They were flexible with cleaning our room while my wife wasn’t feeling well. They also were very helpful with local area amenities even to the extent of walking with us down the street to show us the street pharmacy, bistro, and grocery store.

The room was nice, this part of the city is just perfect. Close to the Vatican, but still livable and full of great places. We were really enjoying walking around the hotel and trying out the restaurants. The owner, Michele was nice to us and organized our taxi to the hotel however he was a bit pushy to choose the taxi. But it turned out nicely in the end, so no complaints. The lady at the check-out was super nice, she asked us whether we want to use the toilet before we leave for the airport. The toilette situation in Rome is not perfect, so this was really nice of her.

The mattress was really uncomfortable. It felt like there is a big hole in it and no matter what we did, I ended up sleeping in very inconvenient positions at the of the night. We could clearly hear the elevator from the bed, which was a bit noisy during the night.

We were so pleased to have found this little gem. The communication in the run up to the trip was excellent and Anastasia couldn't do more for us, sourcing a treat for our room on arrival. Michele, the owner was waiting to let us in and show us around, then gave us fabulous recommendations to eat both locally and around rome, which we dined at! He pointed out easy routes to everywhere and was so friendly. They arranged our transfer on the way home as we had to leave in the early hours. The room was a good size and immaculately clean. Fantastic location, close to the Vatican but easy to access the main sites on foot. They are both available by phone/whatdapp if needed. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much guys.💞💞

We were met by our host Anastasia who was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to guide me and my two boys in the direction of restaurants, atm, metro and other amenities. Nothing was too much trouble for her and any questions we had were answered straight away through WhatsApp. The building was in a great location close to Vatican city and local shops and restaurants. Also loved the traditional style of old city building and the cute lift especially added to its character. The room was clean and comfortable.

As it was above the local supermarket, there was a fair bit of noise which wasn't a problem in winter with the windows shut, but I imagine in the summer it could be an issue first thing in the morning and in the evening.
