I really liked the convenience to Termini and Sapienza the property offered. Communication w staff was also great and the rooms and everything was very clean and taken care of. The bed was very comfortable (hard, not soft!)!

There’s a bit of construction going on in the building as well as offices so if you’re planning on sleeping in late I wouldn’t count on it. The breakfast is also minimal which is fine if you’re a coffee in the morning kind of person but not if you’re expecting a continental style breakfast.

Everything was very nice, the room, location and the staff. There is a women, Elena, which i should mention as she was nice to explain on the map thing we were going to visit anyway, she helped us with a toothbrush kit too. The cleanliness of the room was top notch. Bedsheets done everyday. Good breakfast too but It could be improved or to be more diverse.

Everything was perfect, we arrived late at night, they left the keys at the reception, the self-check in was really smooth. The room was really clean, they cleaned it everyday. The staff were really nice and kind, we had a mini fridge, and they refilled the water bottles everyday! I would 100% recommend this place, we loved it :) Thank you Alfredo for everything, it was one of the best experiences we had!

The location very good, close to the Termini, and metro and bus station. Its a quiet are away from hectic. Tue room was very clean and everyday they cleaned the room. Breakfast was good, and delicious. The staff was helpful and kind. I check in lately thats why offered me self check in and it was very easy.

very nice room with high ceilings and a big bathroom, the staff was super friendly as we asked for different pillows and there were no issues at all, we were not able to have breakfast the last day because we had to leave early and they deducted the price!

Basically everything. Location, friendly staff, bathroom, beds, breakfast. I can't state enough how clean the rooms were - the cleanest I've ever seen in any hotel.

I would say the food variety. All of the food is great, but after 4 days you kind of go through it all. But for stays of 4 days and less, there is enough variety for sure.

The owner and the whole stuff were very pleasant and helpful. We liked the room, good size and very clean, bathroom was a bit small but it was OK. Location was good, near to the metro station.

Less than 10 min walk from Termini. Clean and with all the essentials. Friendly staff.

You can hear everything from other rooms, so it can be noisy in the early morning and in the evening. Personally I did not like the cornetti offered for breakfast, but that’s a matter of taste. Room has all the essentials, but nothing more than that.

Everything was new (assuming recently renovated), very nice bathroom, the room is not very big, quite cozy. Comfortable bed and PILLOWS🙌🏼🙌🏼 Clean towels and cleaning every day. The place is pretty much a “budget” place, but you have everything you need.

Small guest house near Termini train station is perfectly situated as the hub for Rome visitors - you are close to Fiumiccino airport trains and both lines of Metro. Rooms are tidy and renovated with excellent price ratio. Rooms are cleaned every day, housekeepers are kind. The included breakfast is in form of in-room service. Staff is kind and helpful.

There are still some flaws, which can be justified by the cheap price. Breakfast can be for some people small and if you stay for longer time, it becomes repetitive, as it includes same things everyday. Rooms are smaller than expected, however it still included all the necessary. Water pressure in 5th floor is not too great, so you will wait couple of minutes for warm water. Noice insulation is weak, if you have neigbours returning at 2 a.m., you will hear them.
