Hotel Fiorenza

I read the previous reviews and was expecting a similar experience. I would say that for the price paid compared to other places on Booking.com, this location offers value for money. The hotel is situated close to Roma Termini, which significantly enhanced the trip. Rome being a big city, despite the extensive walking required to explore, accessing certain locations often necessitates taking a bus or other transportation. This is where the hotel's location proved invaluable, situated in a quiet area with a nearby market and small local restaurants. It was my first time in Rome, and in just 4 days, we saw a lot because we were close to Termini station. P.S we shared a bathroom but it was never an issue (for us at least) to have a shower or to use it.

There were a few things that I didn't like: 1. The walls were quite thin. Fortunately, there weren't many people in the hotel at the time, so there wasn't much noise to disturb us. 2. Having a sink in the room was convenient, but the water didn't work properly.

Everything was great. There was a small issue with one of the beds and the host solved it immediately. Cleaners were in every day leaving clean towels and toiletries. The location was perfect, 4 mins walk from Roma Termini station. Nice, quiet street with places for breakfast or lunch/dinner under or across the hotel. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Would recommend.

The place was very good for the price, although it was funny how the bed sheets were in different colors. If you aren't looking for anything too fancy, it's perfectly fine. Also located near Termini station so it's great to get to places.

It isn't soundproof so you do hear some noises, and the shower is very small -- don't put your slippers (especially fabric) anywhere in the bathroom because they WILL get wet.

Good value for money ! Special mention for the cleanliness of the place. The equipment is very basic but practical and functional, nothing superfluous. I had a nice experience.

My room overlooked a small courtyard which was shared by other people in the building which can indeed be noisy (very early in the morning for instance), and you can hear the corridor doors slamming but that's how the building is. I don't see how they could change this.

Hotel Fiorenza is located about 3 minutes' walk from Termini Central Station in a quiet street. Opposite is Andrea's pizzeria and cafeteria. The hotel room was spacious, with a very small shower, but we didn't mind. Friendly staff. Perfect curtains and double windows allow for a good night's sleep. The only thing I would recommend is a drying rack where wet towels can dry.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect. I liked the large comfortable bed, everything was clean and the refrigerator was an added bonus. Expensive but I guess you pay for the location .

The shower needs a dish to hold your soap ! And more toiletries should be provided . At least a mini shampoo and conditioner also .

Perfect location for using public transport or trains. Reasonable price for Rome. Nice staff. Building is equipped with elevator.

Closed door does not prevent noises from the hall, but it is tolerable as long as other guests try not to make much noise. Sometimes unpleasant smell was coming from the bathroom. During my stay the floors of the room were quite cold, so slippers may come in handy.

The facilities were cleaned every day and as a result were immaculate. The location next to Termani was super convenient and the working air con along with the double glazed windows to keep the noise out was a godsend in the heat.

A bit difficult to find at first but not a problem once you know where you're going.

The place was really close to all the sites. Just few minutes of walking. And close to the train station. The guy at the reception was also really cute, I didn’t get his name and ask if he was single. Maybe he can reply from here.
