The staff were great, every single person working there was very warm, nice and welcoming. The waiters at breakfast also let you know when they're closing the buffet and they can make you coffee you can't get from the machine, like espresso. The beds were very comfortable, the room was the perfect size and there was plenty of counterspace in the bathroom. The bathtub was also pretty spacious and not only do they provide you with soap, showergel, shampoo and conditioner, but you get bodymilk too! And they all smell great. The breakfast had a decent selection, not big not small and the drinks we got from the bar were nice too.

The location is frankly not the best. It's too far from every major attraction to walk to in 35-40degree weather, so you have to pay for some sort of transport. With the taxi drivers striking every other day and busses coming at whatever time they want, we chose to use an app to rent electric bikes every day, because it seemed the most reliable and there's a nice bike road along the river. You can buy vouchers from the reception for taxis to take you to venice's square though. You also have to wear a swimmingcap to use the pool upstairs, which was very sandy and there were no chairs that would lie completely flat, so you can only sit and tan your frontside.

It is SO rare to find a hotel with a pool in Rome and coming back from touring Rome to chill by the pool was incredible. Rooms were so clean and beautifully decorated. The shampoo conditioner and body milk were all really nice. The breakfast is buffet and was beautiful every morning! The air con saved us in the 38° heat every day also. There is a pretty little high street about ten minutes away, they have loads of shops, a supermarket, places to eat and a proper ice cream shop however please do remember that you are about a 20 minute drive rome the centre of Rome and ALL landmarks. You will need to pay for thst taxi, they can call you one into the centre of Rome for only €10 , but you will have to pay around €15-€20 to get back. There is a bus service which charges €1.50 to go into town. However, most people chose not to use it, preferring the simplicity of a taxi.

The cleaning staff didn't really take a hint when he left the sign on the outside of the door when we were in our room, however they were polite and friendly and did their jobs very well! ! The restaurant is okay, the food is tasty but please just don't. At least not every night. There are so many authentic Italian restaurants in rome, especially one about a 6 minute walk up the street which was amazing. Don't go to Rome and stay in your hotel to eat!! So much better when you venture out, trust us on this one!

I have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for the past five or six years and have reviewed it several times. It's my go-to place in Rome - great rooms, great service, good breakfast, the delight of a rooftop sun terrace with small pool (unheated) and out of the touristy centre of Rome in Ostiense, across the river from the Gasometro. Travel into the centre is convenient by bus, tram or metro.

Small point: the sun loungers on the terrace have been replaced with uncomfortable metal and canvas chairs and deckchairs. Please bring back the loungers!! Individual travellers need to be aware that this is a business hotel for small conferences and is used by coach tour groups. But these aspects do not detract from the service and style of H10 Roma Citta.

I really liked that the hotel is situated in a residential area not too far from the center, all you need is literally nearby (pharmacies, supermarket, shops, bars, restaurant). Most touristy places were more easily reached by bus but we walked most of the time and we noticed how we enjoyed the city more by doing so. The hotel is also not that far from Trastevere (which is an area famous for it's many good restaurants) but there were so many great restaurants 10/15 min walk from the hotel as well! I highly recommend to have a dinner at "Sbracio" (for meat but also friend antipasti and carbonara) and "La taverna del vicolo" (their cacio and pepe was to die for). Cerere is also a very good icecream chain that is nearby. Don't even bother doing breakfast at the hotel, make yourself a favour and go to the bars nearby - go to "Bar Pasticceria Gelateria Andreucci" and grab a cornetto crema amarena (all their pastries are great and they prepare them themseleves). "Pizza Idem Roma" is also a very humble food place which we've been nearby, it's good and cheap, great for simple meals and also gives the typical local-homecooked restaurant experience. Being born and raised in Naples, my only regret was not trying the neapolitan pizza place "Fiori di Zucca" which looked pretty good and traditional!. The gym was small but it had enough to train with and the swimming pool area was pretty cool!

We were very tired one night and decided to eat at the hotel's restaurant and it was the worst decision during our stay! The menu was to accomodate a more "british" taste, not only it wasn't italian, it wasn't even good. Even the bruschetta (the easiest thing to prepare in italian cuisine) was tasteless. The hotel is filled with loads of very good places to eat (from the more gourmet to the humblest restaurant), so it was very surprising to get a very bad quality - seriamente ma state scherzando?

My flight was delayed so got in afer 1:30 AM grateful for the 24 hour reception but it did take away the time I had to spend since my flight home was the next day - but everything went well in hotel- staff was great, had the breakfast in am was given discount so that was good and then left hotel by 10 AM on the next day. I would consider other properties in the hotel chain for future trips.

It did seem like a little outside the center area and some of the nearby neighborhood I was told were not the best but I used taxis to get around and only there for short stay. I was able to enjoy the front patio area and had a drink and sandwich before going out. Unfortunatedly, I didn't get to use the pool and that was the big decision maker in booking this hotel. Other than that, I was extremely satisfed with everything

Just back from a great 4 night stay at this hotel. The staff, room and facilities were excellent. The rooftop pool was just what was needed after a hot day seeing the sights of Rome. The receptionists were very always very helpful and helped us when an issue arose with a taxi driver. The location is out of the main center of Rome, but the deal with the taxi company is again excellent. Breakfast was good and we had one evening meal at the hotel, which was very good and very reasonably priced. Nothing negative to say about our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great, very well decorated and fabulous creature comforts. The staff are really pleasant, rooms are cleaned every day, towels and bedding daily and mini bar restocked. The hotel is in a quiet road away from the hustle and bustle of the busiest areas of Rome so sleeping is very easy on the super comfortable beds. Transport links are a 5 minute taxi ride away to Trastevere Station where you can go into the Termini or Fumicinio airport A very pleasant stay and would happily stay again if for whatever reason I needed to visit Rome for a 5th time 😃

Wonderful location, very easy to reach and quite central, but far from the crowds. Rooms are quite big and clean, very environment friendly. No mini soap/shower gel/whatever, multi use bottles, very good quality (Qatar Airways lounge-good).. Breakfast is really good, and so was the food at lunch (the chocolate fondant was spectacular,. for one). Super nice staff, smiling and happy to provide tourist information, which I unfortunately did not need 😂

Coffee from the machines at breakfast is not great, you can ask for proper coffee/Cappuccino, though. Room has a funny smell when you get in. Lights a bit weak if you need to pack.

modern, clean, great facilities, wished the upstairs pool was open , know it was off season but bar could have been open. the bed very comfortable and the bed linen high quality, ironed and devine! slept really well. we would recommend and come back

close to the airport but far from Rome city centre. best of both worlds. the 10€ taxi voucher was welcome perk. they recognise hotel location far from city centre so voucher is good. don’t know why bar closed at 11pm - strict deadline close. very early for a city hotel. had breakfast one morning, the orange juice was not real and diluted. for a Mediterranean country with orange and lemon trees nearby a big disappointment.

Everything was clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast was really good. I especially liked the lounge area at the bar. It was great to spend time there with the family at the end of the day.

the coffee machine in the room looked old and unwashed so we went out to get coffee every day. we planned to use the laundry service but it was closed so we had to send our laundry out at a place down the street. we planned to get massages but it was closed. the jacuzzi was closed.
