First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. They welcomed us with a warm smile and gave recommendations on the city map. You can find someone at the reception during the day. They provide help on their WhatsApp line when they're not present at the reception. We stayed at the room 102 which was a standard double room. The hotel got recently renovated. Everything from furniture to plumbing was brand new. The bed and pillows were really comfy. There was towel dryer installed in the bathroom which came handy after a rainy day. There also was a capsule espresso machine and a kettle present in the room. Housekeeping was great, our room got cleaned everyday. They also changed sheets and pillow cases, and renewed coffee - tea daily. The TV in the room has Netflix and Youtube. Air conditioning was good (mind that we stayed in late April - early May). Location is great. From Termini station, you'll get here in 5-10 minutes on foot. There's also a metro station (Repubblica) close. Depending on your choice of commute, you can walk, take the metro, or rent a scooter/bike to the tourist attractions. All seemed doable to us. I recommend you get breakfast included. The breakfast is at a restaurant very close to the hotel. The breakfast menu was delicious. It certainly was worth it. Overall, we loved our stay. We'd stay here again next time.

We didn't have any complaint, but just keep in mind that If you're sensitive to noise, you may hear the motor of the main gates opening and closing after 6.pm to 9am since they keep it closed for security purposes. It wasn't a big issue to us.

Super friendly and helpfull staff, excellent rooms (tidy and quiet!). Very clean: each day fresh towels and a cleaned room. Location is very good: walking distance from the train station, close to metro (subway). 10-15 minute walk from Trevi. Breakfast is outdoor, just around the corner at Pan Bernardo. There the breakfast is tasty and you have quite some options. You can contact the staff via WhatsApp any time and they respond quite quick. Our flight got cancelled and they offered us a solution. Would recommend this place a lot!

Breakfast on Sunday is in another facility and there the choices are very limited. The contrast with Pan Bernardo is very big. Reported this to the staff and they were very happy with our feedback. They will look into it.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We had arrived to Rome early from departing a cruise ship and had two rooms booked. The team did everything possible to have the rooms ready as early as possible for us, which our suite room they had done so! Location was perfect, street was not too noisy and felt fairly quiet, but yet was close enough to walk to many of the monuments, or equally the big bus tour stop is just up the road. Equally, had some nice food options very close by.

There was not much to not like, the only thing that comes to mind was that the bed was quite firm. Can't say that it kept me awake though, just not a personal preference. My partner found it very comfortable though, being he prefers a firmer type mattress.

Every single detail was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The staff was overly communicative and kind – always available and responding within minutes to any question we had. They gave clear and helpful instructions for our after-hours checkin. The room was huge with lots of room for storage and relaxation. The gorgeous style is modern, very clean and also comfortable. We loved the location within walking distance of several main attractions and also a beautiful residential neighborhood. We also enjoyed looking over the quiet courtyard in the mornings and the antique elevator. We would absolutely stay here again!

There are restrictions for eating in the room which was odd to us. With a multiple-day stay, we will need to eat food at some point in the room.

The hotel looked just as presented on the photos - not very spacy rooms, but modern and clean. 8 min walk form the train station. Perfect for a weekend stay. My special thanks goes to the reception staff who contacted us in advance about the bed arrangements, made sure the room was ready for the early checkin (without an extra charge), dealt with the confusion about breakfast booking and recommended us really great places to eat in the neighbourhood. Thanks a lot! You made our stay so comfortable! And we will definitely return back!

the property was classic and historical but the rooms were modern and cosy. great location. the room as spacious and light with good aircon and Harry the receptionist was amazing helping us with reservations and anything we needed.

the only slight issue was with the charging points in the room. my uk to EU converter didn’t fit into the plug sockets themselves and I had to use an adapter found in the room. but a slight issue that was easily fixed.

We stayed there for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The room was clean and big and the service was amazing! Whenever we needed something, we asked for it and they did it immediately. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter and they arranged a great baby-cot for her. She slept nicely trough the nights thanks to the fact that there was no noise. I can't say anything else except, we will definetly go back there if we are in Rome again one day!

Would be very lovely to have slippers. We stayed at room nr 101 and we really disturbed by very loud noises- something mechanical. Have no idea what is that but it even woke us up at nights.

The location was perfect for the train station. A 5 min walk with two large cases....no problem. Not conventional hotel in any way as it's hidden behind large wooden doors. Room 105 was perfect. The lady on reception was so nice and couldn't do enough for us. We know there was a lounge upstairs, but as only there for 2 days, we did not use it.

The bed was very comfortable. Shower great and luscious towels. Air conditioning worked great. The staff was terrific and communicated via what’s app when desk not manned.

Location a bit difficult for taxi drivers to find, as it is not really a standalone hotel rather rooms in a larger building. There are no services such as restaurant or lobby.
