The hotel and its favilities were very nice, located near the beach and in the heart of Lido degli Estensi. The spa was amazing as well!

In my opinion, there was just too much micro-management: - Breakfast is buffet-style, but no self service - For accessing your car, you need to ring every time you want to get in or out of the parking lot. It would be nice if you could just use the hotel card. - Dinner needs to be reserved in the morning, so i was too late when i arrived. Fortunately, there are many restaurants nearby! - For the spa (surcharged), you need to reserve a slot and fill in a liability form in advance.

"The location is not very touristy, so you can enjoy your stay with local people. The swimming pool at the hotel is absolutely fantastic; you don't need to go swimming in the sea where there were a lot of mosquitoes (in July). The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and smiling all the time."

The hotel is located on the main street, which is quite noisy, so you might be bothered by noise until late in the evening. The hotel is not barrier-free, so you might struggle with a stroller for your baby. The included breakfast is not self-serve; however, you can get whatever you want, though pointing to the meal you want can be a little annoying. The endless sandy beach is full of deck chairs; however, the last 50 meters are free of them.

Location at end of town, cleanliness, pool and seating areas, friendliness of the staff, good breakfast, excellent shower, plenty of towels, nice toiletries.

The breakfast is buffet but is actually served. Understand it is all to do with cleanliness and a legacy from Covid but it would be nice to help oneself to a coffee.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Excellent location. A few minutes walk from the sea on the main street of restaurants, free parking nearby. Friendly staff helped with every request. Excellent breakfast. And a beautiful pool.

The town Lido degli Esters should work more with the streets. The big pines are beautiful, bet the roots destroys the streets.

Nice hotel, room with a small balcony (the one shown on the site), decent size bathroom with all things necessary, good breakfast. Our dog was accepted everywhere, apart from the breakfast room but there was a workaround by letting us eat in the entrance hall near the bar. Very well located for walks to the beach or towards the commercial center. We used the free rent of bicycles, which was nice.

Even though the hotel indicates noise reduction, we were woken up by the alarm (on the phone) of the neighbour... The owner of the hotel was a bit bossy in her way of speaking and explaining the hotel rules, though she meant well it made my husband feel a bit weird

Exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. we had dinner on 1 night and it was delicious. Big thanks to all the staff for making us feel very welcome and making allowances for our lack of Italian language skills 😃👍🏻.

sound proofing of rooms could be better but everything else was superb
