We had a great time here. We loved the very central location near the Teatro Massimo. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked. At night we preferred to turn off the air conditioning and sleep with the window open, and the noise from outside didn't bother us. As for the common areas, the bathroom was clean. We have never used the kitchen, so we cannot give an opinion.

Only one thing, the shared bathroom. We knew that the bathroom was shared, but still, we didn't have the best experience. We always had to wait more than half an hour to be able to use it. As soon as one person left, the other entered. We were only there for 2 days, so it wasn't too bad, but still, it was quite uncomfortable. Then, in my opinion, it might be appropriate to put a sanitiser near the toilet, since the bathroom is shared.

We liked the location a lot. It is very central and has a fair price! We enjoyed our stay and everything was very easy with the check-in and check-out! We left early in the morning and wr just left the keys in our room. All went fine.

The kitchen could have been equipped better if you really want to be able to use it for cooking

Apartments are pretty cosy and one of the greatest pluses - location, in Palarma center. You could reach all the sights from it. Room, kitchen, bathroom are clean and nice. No negative things. The coffee machine were stuck and we asked the owner to review - when we returned form the walk, it was already fixed :) Recommend to stay there

Location perfect, full kitchen of devices, you can cook, make coffe. Very clean and so much spiece.

only the loud German girls who didn't respect the quiet hours slammed the door and shouted but that's not the property's fault

The apartment is located in the city center, easy to reach by bus from Palermo airport. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, so you could cook meals on your own. The room was spacious.

We were moved to Castelnuovo rooms! Friendly host and a super clean Appartment :) Coffee machine and fridge for free. Location close to the center. All over a very nice stay.

We were moved to Castelnuovo rooms! Shutters did not close properly, shower was a bit rickety and we missed some glases in the kitchen.

Air conditioning was a blessing, the rooms had a nice size. The coffee machine saved lives in the mornings.

The fridge and the single air conditioner are pretty noisy, and the rooms/aisle could have been more decorative(paintings, flowers, etc.)

Luigi was fantastic, always willing to help, and answer whatever you need, very good tips for visiting the city the location was perfect, walking distance to everything.

Nice location, super clean place and really comfortable bed. We stayed only one night, so we didn’t cook at the kitchen. The neighbours is a bit noisy but we enjoyed it.

Very central location. The room–and the whole apartment–is impeccably clean and well maintained. We only really slept in the apartment, but the kitchen seemed very well furnished and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, room was very quiet, Wi-Fi was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
