Bed is comfortable, probably memory form mattress they use. The staffs, Alexandrina and Waell were very helpful. Waell let me know their on-site underground parking lot location which I had to pass ZTL. He told me that the guest of the hotel can drive through ZTL if he register the car plate number. Alexandrina was overall kind and helpful, when she gave me the information about gym (very small but practical), breakfast, and sauna. Both of them operated the car-elevator very well for me to park-in and out, which was very intersting experience.

Very unusual spa and sauna, too-much things.

Very good location in the center of the old part of Padova, which is mainly pedestrian and very picturesque. Very easy to walk pretty much anywhere in the center of the city, which has a lot to offer. The hotel is a renovated spacious building, very well appointed, blending pleasant modern touches and original features. i also liked having a room with a balcony. I did not use the spa (no time) but it looked quite appealing. The staff was super nice! Very friendly and helpful.

The room was pleasant but a bit cramped, particularly the closet / sitting space. For example, I could not use the desk because the mini fridge was just on top, and the desk was just in front of the closet.

The position of the hotel is fantastic because it's right in the center of Padova. So it's a short walk to the main sites. The hotel provides free parking in garages that are very nearby. Breakfast includes both savory (eggs & bacon) and sweet besides fruit, yogurt and cereal. The bedroom was large, the bathroom could have been a little bigger but it was fine. The SPA is a little dated but very enjoyable none the less. Considering we were in the center of Padova the room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The floor in the bathroom could use new tiling and one can hear the plumbing from the nearby rooms.

We received an unexpected upgrade. Thank you very much! Service was great along with beautiful big modern rooms. The staff are very friendly and nice and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was clean, very spacious and spa access was included in the room rate. Free parking garage outside the ZTL in 6 min walk from the hotel. The spa was reserved just for us for an hour and a half which was a great end to the day. Complete relaxation during 4 days of stay. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to all areas of the old town, shops and restaurants. An excellent restaurant is located opposite the hotel. The breakfast is really delicious, good and fresh. Ideal! One of the best hotel we have ever stayed in! We will be back! Highly recommended!

Great location in the center of Padua. Everything was at short walking distance. The suite was very comfortable but with a living room too big respect to the bedroom and the bathroom. Safebox and complimentary coffee&tea machine in the room. Unfortunately I had not time to use the complimentary small SPA. The breakfast was good but the choices were a bit limited, but this is usual for hotels in Italy.

The hotel tried to call me a couple of times before arrival when I was abroad and during my stay in Padua again another couple of times during my work meetings, probably for the SPA confirmation. If really necessary should better use SMS or Whatsapp to contact clients, or just email.

Very professional and polite staff members that cared so much for our comfort and stay. The spa of course was incredible and very relaxing. We also appreciated the small addition like complimentary drinks in the room. Bed mattress was super comfortable! If we come to Padova again - for sure we stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Just a small fix - the stand for the shampoo in the shower need to be changed/fixed, otherwise it kept falling off.

For a last moment booking, I was pleasantly surprised with everything from hospitality and attention to the detail from the stuff to many additional services included in the price. I got to do a quick workout in the gym and enjoy the private visit of the SPA. Being located in the historical center it was easy to get around. Highly recommend for a relaxed stay in this lovely city.

Shower looked more used than the rest of the suite.

Very nice bed. Clean. Hot showers. Staff was very kind en made sure we had breakfast at 6 in the morning. Breakfast was very good and varied. Fresh bread, fresh fruit, wonderful coffee, bacon, eggs, all was well made. Location was good. Only a five minute walk from shops and sites.

The noises from other rooms came through. And when the people above you flushed the toilet it seemed like a waterfall would come through de ceiling. Offcourse it didn't.

The staff at Le Camp Suite and Spa were exceptionally helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Having private access to the spa was a really lovely perk of staying at this hotel. The breakfast was really varied and tasty. You also have complementary access to coffee, tea, and soft drinks in your room which was a lovely addition. I would absolutely stay here again if I am in Padua.
