Great hotel in Naples. Near the bus station and easy access from the airport. Wonderful helpful host who provided countless information about the city!!! Area is bustling with dinning options, shopping and is a stones through from the historic center. Great breakfast!!! Minibar!!! Host provided information about day trips, excursions and was always available for questions!!! And friendly other travelers. Room was fantastic with old world charm, clean and a great balcony to watch this vibrant city. HIGHLY recommend for the value and it's nice to be a big adjacent to the very busy historic center!!! It will be my go to hotel moving forward in Naples. Loved my stay!!!

I loved everything!! No complaints whatsoever. The area is busy, but the windows block out the sound so sleeping was no problem.

Alessandro was so helpful with everything, we are really thankful for that. He recommended us places, where the best traditional pizzas are, helped us to rent a car, also booked a taxi for our arrival at the airport and for our departure early in the morning.

The location was not the best, because at some times we did not feel very safe in the evening, when we went home. I would say, that safety was like 7/10 - not really dangerous, but did not feel super comfortable as well.

Alessandro was a great host. The room is exactly as described, it is very comfortable and clean. The location is very handy as it is near the train station where you can travel all over in Naples and towards the Amalfi coast. Really nice breakfast every morning with traditional pastries. We had a great time.

Naples is very busy all the time. So this is not so much about 'not liking something' but more of an advice. If you are looking for a remote, peaceful holiday, Naples might not be the place. Other than that, it is vibrant, loads of glorious food, loads of things to do and explore so I definitely recommend it.

The host is very friendly, considerate, helpful and fluent in English. The room was super clean and comfy, only a bit noisy on the streetside but there were earplugs available in the room :) breakfast was great with homemade products and the host very kindly provided plantbased milk and fresh fruit to accommodate our plantbased diet. Very convenient location near the central trainstation. Within walking distance of the historical city center. Didn’t get the chance to check out the Spanish quarters so will probably be back for the excellent pizza and some more exploring.

Some of the streets in the directe vicinity were extremely dirty and unwelcoming, especially at night, but I guess that goes for every major city.

Authentic and deliciously quirky. The ‘hotel’ comprises six rooms and a small reception/breakfast area on the 2nd floor of an old Naples apartment block. Access is via a huge front doorway, a vigilant concierge and an ancient lift. The rooms vary in size and have been nicely updated, comfortably furnished and well decorated. Two have balconies. The high ceilings and large shuttered windows are a delight. Well located for the central railway station and old town. And good value for money.

The owner lives off the premises and so your arrival time has to be pre-notified. Breakfast is sparse and only available 0830-0930. Shower pressure and temperature were disappointing.

Very kind and friendly staff who helped with directions and taxi. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, good air con and one room had a balcony. A traditional Naples apartment block so you feel you are in 'real' Naples in a . Try the local sweet pastries for breakfast. Good location - 15 min walk to old town, 5 min to rows of restaurants and cafes in the plaza near train station or try the nearby rooftop bar Vesuvio in Hotel Una with views to the volcano and the hill fort.

Bit tricky to find entrance door first time.

The owner was very helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The owner responded immediately (and very nicely!) to all my questions when I arrived. I was perfectly pleased with the accommodation.

The area around the train station isn't very nice. I chose this hotel because it was close to the train station, and I needed to leave early in the morning. I might opt for a bit of inconvenience next time to stay in a more pleasant neighborhood.

Beautiful spotless accommodation, Very comfortable rooms. our room was a little noisy as we could hear the traffic noise. The staff were very kind, very helpful, the breakfast provided was excellent. We were able to leave our bags all day on our last day and returned late evening to collect them.

The property was hard to find the taxi dropped us off and didn’t no where it was ? it did take us a while to stumble across the small sign at the side of a large Brown Door.

The room was perfectly clean and very spacious. Loved the high ceilings. It was very quiet at night and comfortable. Delicious breakfast too! Lots of cafés and restaurants in the area. Was also just a five minute walk from where the airport shuttle stops. Train station also a five min walk away. The building was very secure... had to go through many locked gates before getting to the room, which was great too.

We had a family room which was huge and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It was immaculately clean and the staff were delightful.

The first night we found it hard to sleep due to the traffic noise. Not the fault of the Relais at all but if you're used to a quiet night, definitely bring ear plugs. We were used to it the second night and slept really well.
