I loved the hotel, it is so beautiful, a work of art. Has a lovely garden, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the location close to the beach (15 min walk) and a lot of amenities. It is also 3 min walk from the metro station Mergelina. It is surrounded by cute little streets, a lot of shops, and an easy to get to Chiaia shopping area. Breakfast was good. I checked out very early, and they offered me a small breakfast in the room the morning I left. I truly appreciate it! Thank you!

The kettle in my room was overheating. There was no complimentary water when I arrived, and the aircondition turned on by itself in the middle of the night randomly. You are not able to turn it off completely. The breakfast omelet was cold every day. They could probably have a better bread selection and more fruits. It is such a pretty hotel, pity such small things aren't improved

Everything. We choose this hotel for our 10 years' wedding anniversary, and the staff made a room upgrade for us. They did it silently, without emohasizing it as a gift or insisting upon it. We really appreciated their gentle attitude. For those who are light sleepers, the hotel is perfect. The windows are sound proof, and rooms well sound isolated; we didn't hear any noise from outside / inside. The breakfast - delicious, italian style. For us was the perfect stay in Napoli and we plan to come back!

Had a truly amazing stay! We stayed here for ten nights, and had a great room with a patio view of Mount Vesuvius. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room was extremely clean. The hotel is a 4 minute walk to the L2 and a 7 minute was from the L9, we were able to get around by public transport the first week with no issues. We rented a car the last two days and it was very easy to reserve a parking space at the hotel for overnights. There are a ton of choices for breakfast, and made to order coffee and hot chocolate as well. There was a ton of storage space in the room for clothing, and electrical outlets near the bed. There was a towel warmer in the bathroom, that worked great for drying bathing suits after days at the beach. There are a ton of great restaurants within walking distance, it was great to walk along the harbor each night a pick a new place to eat each time.

There is really nothing that I didn't like! The bathroom could use a couple additional hooks for hanging towels?

The Palazzo is located near a train/subway station and in a beautiful, quiet, safe area; it's also at walking distance from the sea. The staff is very kind and attentive, the breakfast great, and the hotel and terrace beautiful.

I don't give it 10 out of 10 for 2 reasons, I was in room 105 and for some reason the AC is below the window in a sort of hollow space that becomes completely hidden when the curtains are closed, rendering the AC useless as the cold air becomes trapped behind the curtains; I had to sleep with the curtains open and there's light coming in from nearby buildings and also of course the sun woke me up in the morning. The other reason is that there's a gate separating the facility from the streets and to get in you have to ring a bell and wait for the receptionist to open, this could be easily fixed by having your room key open that as well.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Rooms, facilities and staff were great. Bed super comfy, rooms clean and environment relaxing with fascinating history of the building and beautiful art everywhere. My only thoughts were breakfast, it would have been good to have more selection of fresh fruit (as available in local shops) and a self service fresh coffee machine (I am a self confessed coffee addict who cannot speak in the morning until I have had a fresh care an lait). Lovely very patient lady serving breakfast did a sterling job and was super kind and acommodating to my requests for more!

Close enough to the centre but in a quieter part of town. Just five minutes walk from The very efficient and clean Metro. Reserved secure parking in front of the hotel was just perfect. The hotel was a former monastery and they had retained the beautiful library and chapel. The staff were charming and helpful and all in all it was the perfect for our four day stay.

Good location near to some excellent restaurants and easy transport into central Naples. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, going out of their way to make you feel welcome.

A small bar would have been nice. There are such lovely public areas and an oasis garden, it would have been great to have been able to spend some more time in the hotel.

Possibility to book a private & secure parking space in advance. Super clean and modern room. Coffee & tea amenities in the room made us feel welcomed. Good selection of the breakfast buffet. 2 minutes walk to the Mergellina station. Less than 10 minutes to the yacht harbor & the water front. A modern air conditioner. Functional but creative interiors and the structures. Loved that some rooms are conserved from the original building.

Wished to have a breakfast in the open air. But all good, nothing to complain, thank you.

Wonderful location near Mergelina train station. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The room was very nice with views of Vesuvius Volcano. Breakfast was good and no hidden fees.

There was a rooftop party going on at one night. I suspect that someone was smoking near the A/C intake as I had cigarette smells coming into my room through the vent. It opened the window and it stopped eventually. Happened just once fortunately.

A very beautiful place, very nice rooms, very good breakfast, very close metro stop. But what wins you over in this hotel is the people who work there and try to serve you as best as they can. incredible kindness. thank you to the people at the reception as well as dear Fabio in the breakfast area whom we are very lucky to have met. When we are in Naples again we will definitely choose the same hotel
