The scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfast were really good. The bacon was slightly salty but you could just add more egg to get the perfect balance. And the cappuccino made to order as part of breakfast was better than any hotel I've stayed. The parking and ease of access where excellent. The air con on the room was top class, and no mosquitoes!

I can see that some people might annoyed by noise from the planes and other rooms. But I'm a heavy sleeper and was not affected by this. The wooden wardrobe looked a bit old, but I didn't use it anyway.

The staff was very nice and attentive. They ordered pizza for me, and when I had an issue with my bathroom sink, they immediately went upstairs to fix it. They are pet-friendly and welcomed my dog warmly. It’s also close to the airport—I walked there with a 23 kg suitcase, a backpack, and my dog. It wasn’t an easy walk because it was very hot that day, but it was still close enough to walk.

You can hear everything through the walls from the other rooms. The good thing is that people respected quiet hours, so there wasn’t much noise late at night. However, if you’re coming straight from the airport and trying to sleep at a random time, it might be an issue.

Easy walking distance from the airport and very accessible (road not at all dodgy). Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel more than met our need (we needed a spot to stay next to the airport for transit purposes). Car rental companies in the lot next to the hotel, which was incredibly convenient! Has an onsite, gated parking for guests. Clean, well kept and a solid buffet breakfast. If you are looking for a convenient, comfortable and clean place to stay next to the airport, it's perfect.

This hotel is located near the airport, no more than 15 minutes by foot, so it was perfect for my plans (an early flight next morning). It has all necessary facilities. All hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. I arrived early, and the staff were happy to let me leave my luggage at the premises, and order a taxi for me to go see the city.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on the night of my stay, but the staff were totally helpful with ordering a pizza to be delivered.

The location to the airport absolutely perfect for late arrivals or early departures. An easy walk of perhaps 8 minutes. We arrived after ten pm and found our way easily and without any worries about safety in spite of the time of night. The check in quick, the room adequate and dark and quiet with a firm comfortable bed, but a great positive surprise was the breakfast which had lots of healthy choices and plenty of good coffees. I can not understand how this hotel receives such low ratings. We will be back on our return to Sydney as we have an early flight booked.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and in spite of not so good reviews. I would like to make the point that the reviewers need to take the purpose of their choice into account when writing as of course the location is not scenic or even attractive, but in terms of why you booked the hotel its location could not be better if you wanted to be able to walk to your hotel thus not paying a taxi fare.

The location was fantastic, in the heart of the port town of Ischia. From the airport it was a 25 minute taxi drive and then a 50 minute fast ferry ride and another 10 minute taxi drive. Our room was perfectly acceptable with a safe, small fridge and a balcony, obviously also ensuite

It suited all our needs but it would have been nice to have tea and coffee in our room with a kettle as the whole place closed up very early, 10pm, bar included

The proximity to the airport is excellent. Car parking is available on site. The room was fairly spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nice supply of products in bathroom. Blankets and extra pillows were in the wardrobe.

The restaurant was not open for dinner, which was a great disappointment. On this occasion I forgot to request a quiet room when booking. The room we were allocated was at the front of the hotel facing a very busy road/dual carriageway with all night traffic. After a glass of wine we slept soundly, despite the traffic!

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport as my friend had an early morning flight and it was perfect for this as the airport was only a short 5-10 minute walk from hotel. The streets on the walk from the airport to the hotel were well-lit so we felt safe walking there at night and in the early morning. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Toiletries like soap, shower caps, etc. were provided to us.

We found the city tax to be quite high. There was also a lot of noise in the morning from other guests walking around and talking loudly, but this wasn't the fault of the hotel itself.

Convenient Location with access 24/7 . A hotel close to airport with friendly staff, very clean, rooms simple but lots of bathroom towels and freebies ! The breakfast is very good . Overall, we stayed twice on arrival and departure from Napoli Airport. Far better than trying to deal with the hassle of getting to and from Napoli Airport on the day of the flight !

The property is fine ....no issues really . The main road to cross to it, and the 15 minute walk from the Airport can be a challenge but like all of Naples crossing roads requires bravery at times !

We booked because of the location - staying one night on arrival in Naples and again the night before departure. Location is excellent for the airport which is a short walk away and if you are picking up a hire car the centre is even closer. The location suited us perfectly. The room was lovely and clean which a great bathroom and honestly the best shower I have had in a hotel for a long time! Staff at check in and department were lovely and welcoming.
