Perfect location

20 cent to use the lift. No problem as it's an old building but you had to keep a 20 cent coin handy. Not a problem though but if you come back after a few drinks it's 6 flights up. Overall tho,great value for money

Location is pretty good & is close to many amenities. The room was clean and comfortable & breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly.

Complete silence at breakfast- a radio or some music would be lovely.

the property is in a really great location with easy access to the Spanish Quarter and transport to Pompeii, Sorento and other surrounding areas. the member of staff that greeted us was friendly, knowledgable and made sure to give us all of her recommendations. the room was cleaned spotlessly every day and anything we asked for was sorted really quickly.

you need 20 cent coins to operate the lift in the building so if you’re going to be in and out, keep as many as you can find! the use of water in the next room (shower and tap) was incredibly loud in our room. normally this wouldn’t be an issue but with neighbours who shower at 2am, it gets quite disruptive.

Fantastic location, really good staff. Proper unique little place - smallest lift known to man but all adds to the character. Room was cleaned brilliantly by the staff. Would massively recommend this place. Very reasonably priced too. Lovely balcony was a great touch, fridge in the room and air con. Unique design. The lift costs 20c but the rooms had a pile of 20c coins in them which was a fantastic touch.

Very minor negatives. The shower is very small, and there is some mould around the door to the patio.

I only have praise. the place is simple but very comfortable. comfortable bed, strong shower and warm room. I stayed on the first floor and it was only a little blustery to sleep on a Saturday; the other days were very quiet. The person in charge of the place, who I communicated to through booking, was extremely friendly and helped me a lot with transfers and taxis. the hotel is close to the metro and many restaurants. would definitely come back.

The location is perfect, very near to the main street, reception girl was extremely helpful and nice (she spoke little English but she was trying her best)

The boiler in bathroom in year 2023... we were 3 and it was barely enough for 1 person. other two persons had to wait for a very long time to get some warm water.

We had number with the balcony so we had a view on Vesuvio, it was very nice extra + to this trip. It’s close to metro station Toledo, to center and to port by walk around 15 min. Room was clean. I red before the trip other reviews where people said about 20 cents for the elevator. When we did check in girl from reception gave us 5 coins for elevator. Small thing but we really appreciate it.

Was just in the Main Street close to everything and has a nice coffee place just down stairs.

It’s in an old building that at night it’s a bit terrifying to walk into and there is no guard or security. We asked from the lady in the residence to order us a taxi for our flight. She forgot it and didn’t done that. Hopefully we had lucky to find an Uber to take us.

Nice, clean place. Very central located, can be a little tricky to find but read the signs outside the entrance door. Very sweet and kind girl at the reception, came with fresh pastry's for breakfast. I also had request about storing my suitcase when going to Sorrento and there was no problem at all to do so. Later on when I wanted to pick it up and the reception was empty, they just put the keys at the café around the corner and for me to pick up. Thank you!

The location was excellent, the room was surprisingly large and spacious. Breakfast was good coffee was great!

Access to the rentals was taking an elevator, it took awhile to get use to it, but once you got the hang of it everything was fine. The girls at reception were truly lovely and helpful!
