Casa Pacifico Napoli

The bed was very comfy and the room was a nice size. Location is also quite good- a 10 minute walk to the centre storico- and a lovely view of a church from the room we stayed in. Daniele was on hand to provide helpful info/ tips of where to eat, during our stay.

The glass wall from the bedroom to the shower cubicle was a little odd…..as well as this, and after having multiple freshly cooked/ served breakfasts on our trip around Italy, the breakfast offer here seems basic in comparison.

The room was fantastically decorated, really modern and fresh. We stayed in the room with the freestanding bath which was perfect and we had a lovely balcony. My favorite thing about the hotel was the folder they had in the room with all useful information about Naples - it had information on getting around using public transport and all opening/ closing, addresses of tourist attractions. They also had wrote ups on all the nearby places incase you wanted to visit. This was a really nice touch to the room and stay. The recommendations from the staff were also great.

It is advertised that breakfast is included, however, breakfast was using the expresso machine, a croissant in a packet and some Melba toast. Breakfast in the room is fine, but freshly delivered croissants and a wider variety of breakfast would have been better. If you are going to have breakfast in room should also have a kettle with a wider variety of coffee and tea options.

Very comfortable, we had a bath in our room which was a beautiful touch. Bathroom was very big with a double basin and extra large shower with lots of different settings. Bed and pillows were comfy, internet worked well, plenty of room for storing luggage and clothing. Room was very quiet, can't hear neighbours or people on the street, only some traffic noise but wasn't an issue at all for us. There is no reception/staff in the building, the apartments are on 1 floor of a multi-floor residential building, however staff were very responsive by whatsapp so we had no issues.

Breakfast was only small pieces of cake and orange juice, would have preferred no breakfast included and have gone out for food each day. The location was good, however a good 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Naples town, it's not right at the doorstep. Recommend NOT driving your own car in Naples as the roads are extremely dangerous and difficult to navigate if you are not European.

Casa Pacifico is a great find in a terrific location in Napoli. Daniele was very communicative and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were easy and accommodating. The room is fresh, clean, well designed, comfortable and a great size. Overall a really great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Casa Pacifico is very close to the central station and the neighbourhood feels a little unsafe. I had no issues but suspect some travellers may feel a bit unsafe particularly at night. Once insde though - this is a very comfortable haven for the weary traveller.

Great stay at Casa Pacifico for 3 days. Daniele, the host, can provide transfer service from the airport and give you great tips for restaurants in Naples. Also, there is a well-prepared booklet with a detailed description of all possible activities in the city - museums, sightseeing, etc. The breakfast is typically Italian, you just have to deal with it - there is a coffee machine in the room and room service with several types of cakes and juice. Also, there are some packed biscuits in the room and a mini-bar. The noise from the street is well-heard plus the noise from the planes directly above the building. However, the noise from the planes is during the day only, at night - only some transport on the street, so if you are sensitive, use earplugs. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place.

The only thing I suggest changing in the room - is the mirror, which is the only small mirror in the bathroom and is covered with black coating, and it's like you are looking at yourself in sunglasses. Not suitable for women at all. If there were a normal mirror, I would give 10 for the room.

We really enjoyed our six-night stay at the hotel. The room is of good size, bright, clean, and comfortable. Our room has a very good "vertical and horizontal" shower, which is an added value. The location is walkable from the Piazza Cavour underground station (one stop from Napoli Rail Central) and a good base for exploring other places in town. Daniele is a fantastic and cheerful host, helping us with everything we needed, from local information to taxi booking. The house keeping did a good job. We found Naples a unique, interesting, and hospitable city. The food is delicious. All of these factors make us want to come back for a second visit to Napoli.

Finding the hotel can be difficult as there is no big sign for a normal hotel. Its name is printed at the front door as a residential address along with others. We used the Google Map and arrived at the right building but could not recognize the hotel. Two local people showed us wrong locations until the third one.

The location is awesome. Walking distance to most sites. Daniel,the host, is really kind. Even if he wasn’t there most of the time, he manage to assure everything went smoothly, even giving nice tips about where to eat or drink. Maria, the housekeeper, is a sweet and diligent Italian lady. The room is exactly what you expected from the pictures. Good shower also. On the last day I was allowed to leave the bags for several hours, which was great.

I would have liked some fruit at breakfast.

We stayed in the Junior Suite for 3 nights. The place is very spacious, newly renovated, modern and very clean. The staff is amazing and the communication with them was easy. The place is very close to the city centre and to the main attractions, so there is no need to take the public transport. The breakfast is delivered directly to your room, so this a very big plus in my opinion. I would really like to thank Daniele for giving us restaurant recommendations and for answering all my questions on whatsapp very fast and for helping us find a taxi in the middle of the night. We definetely recommend it and would come back here.

This was the best place for our arrival in Naples. We were so grateful that we could stay for one night although we wished to have stayed longer as it’s such a great accommodation. Daniele met us upon arrival and was a super host. He also gave us a great restaurant tip to authentic Neapolitan pizza nearby. The location is excellent and the attention to detail really outstanding. The bed was very comfortable with comfy pillows. One of the best beds we have tried while traveling in Italy. The morning cake was a very sweet gesture. 10 stars ✨

This was a lovely room. Had everything we needed. The included breakfast was delicious, if you have a sweet tooth you’ll love it. The view out the room was really nice and the room was well sound insulated which made it seem we were not by a busy main road. The host was lovely, he has compiled so much information about the area and gave us some excellent food suggestions.

The only thing I would say is, the shower has a window looking into the bedroom and there’s no screen or blind to have privacy. Perfectly fine for couples, but not for family.
