Very interesting hotel concept, modern in an ancient villa, smart without being complicated. The staff was friendly and professional, the location is central, and the room was quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast choice was a bit limited, although the selection of food was of good quality.

Gorgeous, comfortable, and modern but doesn’t sacrifice anything of the traditional setting. Location is amazing - just steps to the train station, with trains to Venice and Treviso several times in an hour. Very clean and quiet with some amazing technology features. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just excellent all around.

I absolutely LOVED the custom hotel app that enables you to unlock doors, get coffee and food, set room temp… But my husband didn’t want to download it and instead preferred having physical keys. So it comes down to personal preference.

We stayed in The Foscarini for 3 nights and it was really nice experience. The villa and yard are awesome. The common area is stylish and cozy; also there are a few tables in the backyard. Every morning till 10 am you can have a free coffee (cappuccino is very tasty), juice, fruits, and home-backed sweets; make toast with butter and jam. Starting the day sitting at the table in the backyard with coffee and snacks is really inspiring. The town is cozy and nice. In the center, you can find nice restaurants, bars, and gelato shops. The ambassador recommended Soar restaurant and we enjoyed dinner there. The important thing I want to highlight is the connection between the hotel and Venice. It is very comfortable. There are train station within 5 min walk from the hotel. And there you can catch a train to Venice Santa Lucia and get back every 30 min (maybe even more frequently) from approximately 6 am to 00:00. Ticket you buy in the machine for 2.95 euro. Also, it was okay to get to the airport from the hotel. And the staff was absolutely nice and helpful.

We have strange duvets. But is a small detail in the overall nice experience.

The location was very easy to walk to the train station and the wedding venue I attended so it was perfect for my stay. This was also easy to get to on public transport from the airport and an easy ride into Venice - about 25 mins. The hotel is very modern and superbly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the included buffet breakfast of pastries and fruit was good. The hotel uses an app for many things but the room key function wasn't working properly so I was given a key which meant I had no concerns about being able to come and go. A very nice hotel and experience.

My only complaint is minor, whilst there is free tea and ability to make tea in the room there is no coffee available in the rooms. You can go to the breakfast area at any time and use the app to access the coffee machine but after 10am breakfast closure all coffees are charged. As I don't drink any tea this meant I had to pay for most coffee which seems unfair.

Comfortable, clean room. Excellent location just a 5 minute walk from the train station, which is 2 stops from Venezia Santa Lucia. Safe parking inside the gates and some usable restaurants in the area. Great location for exploring Venice and the Veneto.

While I loved the concept of low environmental impact, I felt like it was used as an excuse for the lack of a real breakfast. (Though the coffee and cake were good). And I felt like it was annoying to be asked to download an app to use the facilities and open the doors. (I should add that I was given a physical room key when I said I didn’t want to use the app so it wasn’t a problem).

This hotel is truly a gem! Firstly, the actual property is gorgeous and the grounds are so well kept. The receptionist Sophia and the other lady working the night shift were so helpful and lovely. We had a classic double room and it was still so spacious, and we were given a room with a gorgeous view of the gardens in the back. The room had everything we needed and the cleaners cleaned it to perfection every morning. They even gave us early check in as requested which we really appreciated. Soo happy with our stay overall. I would fully recommend this place for your stay!! A small suggestion for the hotel: • More variety in breakfast would be great, even though for the price we paid for our stay I can’t say we can complain about that too much if it keeps the costs down

The Foscarini is a new and very modern hotel. It's positioned in the nice town of Mogliano Veneto. It's a town with a lot of restaurants and bars. Nice stores and very nice people. The hotel is in a walking distance of the Railway station. (2 minutes) The train will take you to Venice within 20 minutes, so it's a great connection. Mogliano is also great for visiting Padua, Treviso and the Prosecco Hills. Back to the hotel, it looks great from the outside and from the inside. Everything has been thought through very well. You can get in and out via an app that they designed. The man at the reception is very friendly and helpfull. He explains everything and is always available. Our room was very big and it was furnished really great. We had a fantastic stay. We will surely visit the Foscarini again.

The building is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, staff were wonderful. It was a great price for this quality of hotel, and the setting makes you feel ever so fancy. Also free pastries cakes fruit and coffees etc in the morning was a nice touch. Great to have parking for an urban hotel, and especially nice that it was gated and secure.

There was a lengthy check-in process where we were required to download an app per room we had booked, so that we could open our bedroom doors with our phones. I hope that there is a back up system for those who don't have smartphones or are unable to download apps. It seemed overly complicated and unnecessary when a keycard would do the job just as well. It also didn't work that well, and could take several goes to try and unlock the room. Plus it meant we had to give out personal information such as email addresses unnecessarily.

A recently renovated hotel that offers an excellent compromise between location and price. Ideal for those who want to be close to Venice without spending a fortune. The hotel has private internal parking and is located a 5min walk from the central train station which is well connected (a train every 20/30min at a cost of 2 euros each way/person) with Venice. A small gym that has almost everything you need. Laundry, electric car charging, and bike storage available (we didn't use it) Water dispenser free to use all day long. Breakfast is offered by the structure but can be considered more of a light snack.

Breakfast option not available even for extra charges. Coffees and any hot drink are to be paid for after 10 am.

Everything about this place is simply amazing. The history of the building it's very interesting and the interior design simply beautiful. We couldn't have chosen a better option for our short, 1 night stay nearby Venetia. It's so clean, so new, everything smells simply amazing, the staff is so friendly and nice. We were able to leave our car at the property to enjoy our visit in Venetia (not to mention the smart features and how safe we felt at the location). The train station is a 2 minutes walk from the property, and after a short train trip of only 20 minutes you arrive in Venezia Santa Lucia. The Foscarini, you are so so great!
