The location of the hotel cannot be beat. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were very pleasant and always helpful.

The bed was too hard for me. The facility is dated but that's to be expected in an historical district. The noise from other rooms would not be pleasing to light sleepers. Fortunately, I was located at the end of a hallway. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the end away from the elevator.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This involved assisting us parking our car in their garage facility. Helping us find an evening restaurant and advice with dining locations and explaining other directions around the city. All done in a very pleasant way. The lady at breakfast was also very pleasant. Central location good. Very good breakfast for a small hotel.

We were a little confused locating the hotel and drove our car into a pedestrian area. Perhaps some extra signs would help.

Located in the heart of Modena shopping center with so many historical sights and attractions all around, it makes it the ideal accommodation in town! The big plus was the very hospitable staff greeting the customers and going above and beyond our expectations. For example it was raining heavily the first 2 days and although they had given out all the umbrellas available at the hotel, so the receptionist gave us their own umbrella to use for our walk. Plus so many more little things provided that makes the difference!

The plumbing in my room was poor. Shower fills with water after 1-2 minute shower so had to take very fast showers. Sink leaking on the bottom plus other pipes leaking too in the bathroom. Can't leave windows open as there's mosquitos, maybe nets would be good outside the windows to filter bugs getting into room. Generally speaking some renovations/upgrades are needed.

Located centrally in Modena about a 15 walk from the train station. This is a well maintained and comfortable hotel with adequate room sizes. There was nothing to fault except it might be good due diligence to add some grab handles in the shower area. We were too early for breakfast so unable to comment on the quality.

Due to the step up to the shower and lack of a shower mat it would be a good idea to add some grab handles for safety.

The hotel is in the heart of Modena which we enjoyed by walking everywhere. The hotel staff were super and very, very helpful. The restaurants were many and varied in the neighborhood. We arrived in the middle of a car show which was fun (although we are not car nuts, my brother is and he loved the pictures).

We really like the hotel. The only suggesting I have is that the beds need to be firmer for my husband and his tall man's back (6'3" and about to be 78). A bed board under his side of the mattress would do the trick.

Room was quiet, and bed very comfortable with good AC. They had parking right down the street so easy to access. Breakfast offered was very good. Great location to take in Modena. Dinner recommendations were helpful and so good.

This is literally in the heart of old town so when driving there you feel like you should not be driving on those roads but if you follow arrows, you will get there and the hotel was very helpful in their instructions.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone travelling to modena. Rooms were big and the aircon kept it cool. The breakfast was perfect. Help yourself with a good selection. 1 minute walk away is one of the best restaurants i've ever been to.

The shower could of done with being bigger.

Hotel is extremely well situated in central Modena. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Very central location - all is within easy walking distance. It was easy to find hotel on arrival due to clear directions from Hotel - needed due to the restrictions for cars entering the inner city limits...access is via a certain street only. Parking was possible in the hotel garage which is in same street. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment upon that.

The only comment we would make is that the hotel garage (down the street from the hotel) is very restricted inside as it has many pillars supporting the ceiling/building above, and has only 1 entrance which is also the exit. Our car is a Citroen Berlingo which is larger than average size and parking was quite tight. Nevertheless a great bonus to be able to park there. The car park entrance is open/closed electronically by the Hotel Reception - another bonus.

The location was great, close to the centre. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Overall a good experience!

To my liking, the pillows and mattress were too soft, and I had a bit of trouble adjusting in my sleep. Also, there was a noise from the closing doors during the night, but this is common in hotels.

Great location, very friendly staff, room was spacious and cleaned very well. We really enjoyed our stay here. Great WiFi. I would recommend it.

Bathroom was small and have to angle to sit on the toilet. The only other thing I would have appreciated would be a real fridge. There was a drinks cooler for the mini bar but no fridge for groceries for a family. Those cooler fridges are not cold enough for milk etc.
