The apartament was perfect.

The recepsionist was very negative and rude. When I arrived to check-in, unexpected they lady informed us that she needed the Credit Cart numbers to block a amound of 200 euro guarantee for the apartament (we were not informed for this amound before) than she gave us contract to sign (P.S. for those tourists who dont know the Italian language, the contract was only in Italian, there was no translator). After taking my credit card details, she gave the data to someone on the phone loudly in front of other customers, until I stopped her asking for the procedure to be done privately. They also did not accept cash guarantees. All this was a scene of conflict between me and the recepsionist.

The apartment was super clean and cozy,pretty near to the center of the city (20 mins by bus) the bed was really comfortable! I'd liked the private parking and the terrace..the big shower was a surprise!

its was very spacious and clean. staff were very friendly too. Its just that the checkin is only until 8pm. the balcony with lights is for the penthouse and the small balcony is for the 2 bedroom unit, which was not clearly mentioned. Tram station is just 2 minutes walk and 26 minutes ride to central station, bus stop is 4min walk and had a direct bus to duomo cathedral (35min duration), there is a mini market nearby too there is a tapas restaurant within 5min walk which is authentic and a must must try. over all I had a great time and no complaints

The big balcony picture should have been mentioned clearly that it is for the penthouse. they should have given basic kitchen cooking supplies like spices and oil there is no Microwave

Property was perfect for what we wanted, a 3/4 night trip after visiting Milan. We loved the layout and how spacious it was, it looked exactly like the pictures.

the location is slightly out of Milan but nothing against the property.

Great apartment! unfortunately we stayed only for one night! and we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy all the facilities….The polite lady at the reception was very helpful and very friendly!

the check in time. its not good to mandate the check in to be between 2 to 8 pm. Better to keep the check in time flexible

not having any services from 8 PM evening - to 1 PM noon

space and location - public transport immediate near accomodation and nearby very good restaurant in the street

Even when it is a brand new place - there was already damage at walls in kitchen area… a shame that not all travellers respect what they get.

Everything was great at this hotel! Amazing staff that is friendly and makes guests feel welcome. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The balcony was the perfect hangout spot for us as a group! We would definitely stay there again!

Easy for a stop-over in Milano … or ifyou want to stay in Milano in a modern appartment - you are good…

I is not city center bu there are good fast public transport conections to Duomo 👍…A direct bus is within 500 meters walk.
