I loved the location of the hotel, specifically the magnificent views from the dining room and living room. The hotel was very well maintained and decorated and the staff were very friendly and profesional. The breakfast and food at the item was fabulous and the details such as the tea time cakes in the afternoon made the place really welcoming. The hotel is a family run business and this is very apparent in the warmth and management of the hotel. The shuttle service run by Enzo was very efficient at ferrying us to and from the slopes and the ski equipment delivery and pick up from the hotel was ideal. I will certainly be returning for a winter and summer stay.

There are not enough words to describe the hospitality, comfort and beauty we received from the place and the people during our stay in Hermitage. Everyone with the perfect balance of professionalism and affinity made us feel like we are in paradise .These days will stay forever in our minds and hearts.

Since there is always room for improvement and this is a place for suggestions the internet connection could be faster and more reliable.

The breakfast was amazing with very tasty patisserie products. The buffet does not include "warm" food as other hotels might because they will prepare it in the kitchen and bring it hot. Maybe a bit of variation from day to day would improve it. Each day they would prepare 2 cakes for free in the main lobby. After a day skiing that was such a treat. The spa area is not amazing. Well equipped but the swimming pool was a bit too small. Everything smells amazing as does the entire Hotel. The highlight has to be the dinner. It is a real experience - 4 course dinner with salad buffet. The waiters are top notch, always attentive and fast. The staff was very helpful and it is worth mentioning the assistance they provided to take you to the ski area. Just so you understand how helpful the staff was: I forgot the rented car's headlights on and it drained the battery. I was in a bit of a hurry we were heading to the slopes. They asked for the keys of the car and by the time we were back the car's battery was recharged. That is attentive service.

Beautifull view, friendly and attentive personnel, excellent food and bar, pleasant wellness. All was fine, we want to come back!

A detail : some pleasant small attentions to guests might be thought about, like more tea options and nuts in the wellness. And a place to do yoga.

Everything - restaurant was truly excellent (we had half-board). Staff were so warm, welcoming - it was clear they wanted to make our stay the best experience possible. Spa was lovely. Room was lovely with a spectacular view.

The views from the hotel are incredible. The character of the hotel is really warm and homely and spotlessly clean. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff made sure you had everything you needed.

The staff, amenities and dining experience was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay heartfelt.
