Lovely friendly staff with great fresh breakfast options. Nice pool in the garden. Easy access as we were given keys to the building. (They will leave out if you arrive while reception closed). We found lovely local restaurant

Our room had separate bathroom which was fine but a bit of a faff with using keys to get in and out - especially in the night. Some guests weren't so quiet and so we could hear them through connecting door in our room (which would be great for families). The sign off the road is not too clear the first time you drive in but look for house number... quite a narrow entrance off the road.

Beautiful, authentic Italian house set in a lovely neighbourhood a mile outside the walled city of Lucca. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, cool (was so grateful for the air conditioning during the heatwave) and comfortable with scenic views overlooking the pool, the church and surrounding countryside. We enjoyed our delicious breakfasts (croissants, fresh fruit & yoghurt, scrambled eggs & bacon, good coffee) outside on the pretty terrace. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was wonder too!

Safe and large car parking on property. On walk distance from Lucca center. The breakfast exceeded our expectation as we were able to order all kind off breakfast items. The staff was most friendly. The room was equipped with a fridge. If you love cats this is the place to be

The shower was that tiny that the curtain covered the toilet next to it. Tip: place some water & glasess in the room. The dog behind the fence next to the parking was very friendly but seemed lonely and a bit neglected as he kept hoawling during the night and early morning.

Very nice, clean B&B with a charm. Hosts are very friendly and happy to help with anything. A major bonus is the swimming pool and the large garden area around it. We always find it very clean with plenty of lounge chairs available. Breakfast is superb: plenty of choice and of high quality. We did not have a car and there are not frequent buses to the area; however it's only a 20 mins (slow) walk across nice neighbourhoods

Warm welcome, helped with luggage. Given room on first floor as we had requested. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Fluffy towels. Everywhere very clean. Substantial breakfast with eggs, bacon, bread, croissants, yoghurts, fresh fruits, juices and great coffee all served on the terrace under a grape vine by smiling, friendly staff. Swimming pool at the bottom of the garden was fab to cool off in. Quiet residential area not too far from the old town centre. Fridge in room was great to have and really appreciated air conditioning in July.

Everything was perfect for us.

Great location, short walk into central Lucca. The room was really comfortable, aircon especially as temperatures were into the thirties. The ladies running things were so friendly. Wonderful breakfast, you could eat loads if you wanted it go for simple fruit and yoghurt. Lovely pool as well. Great to see that the property is dog friendly so next time we travel with our dog we’ll check in.

Our room came with a big terrace, which was a very nice surprise! Unfortunately it rained when we were there so we couldn't enjoy the pool. In the morning, the breakfast exceeded our expectations as it was no buffet but the staff that took our orders and prepared everything right away.

Some bathrooms are not located directly into the rooms. It was no problem for us but might be good to know for others.

This was a great place to stay The pool and garden were great in the summer heat. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit eggs bacon toast yoghurt and great coffee A short drive to the walled city of Lucca where parking was easy. The staff were really nice and the place very clean. Wifi was good Great value for the cheap price

not my kind of breakfast too much sweet stuff - missing some fresh veggies/meat/cheese, insect nets on windows are missing - there is a lot of mosquitos, pool closes at 8pm and there is not much to do - it would be great if could get some drinks and chill without mosquitos - so at least some insect repelent available

the room was big and lovely in an old building with stone floor. very comfortable and quiet. we love lucca and this place is not far but you still need a car to get to lucca especially with kids unless you are ok to walk for 20 min. the pool was super especially as it was mega hot during our stay.

staff was ok but not very welcoming and made us feel that we had to hurry up at breakfast which was but we definitely had better ones.
