Good location next to the lake, have a lot of parking space in private parking lot, friendly staff.

No sound isollation: we could hear everything what happened in the hall, and in the night it bothered our sleep, because other people were realy loud speaking/shouting, shutting doors while walking to smoke a lot (probably), moving furniture or something, so we could hear everything like it was in our room. Windows are poorly regulated (or just aged, or just build like that) - our room windows were to the street, and it made a lot of noise. Also, on January in the nights temperature drops below 0, so even tho windows were completely closed, we were feeling the cold. In summer probably there is no problem about that (except sound).

1) there is an extra charge of 2 euro without notice, even though the price we paid included fee & taxes. The staff considers “it’s on behalf of the state”, as if others taxes were not. Wish the price indication would be clearer. other hotels in Italy seem to be more honest, with clear indication on the “taxes & fees included” parts. 2) windows isolation could be improved: we heated very clearly people talking in the bar terrace.

Location and staff, great little bar to relax and have a drink, after many hours of driving. Less busy than the more commercial part of Lake Como, so its a great retreat after spending the day in the more busy areas. Amazing bar and pizzeria a short 5 minute walk from here too.

Nothing as knew what to expect.

Excellent location and views were breathtaking- great service by staff helpful polite and approachable .offered halaal food for breakfast without even asking 👌very considerate and thoughtful. Train station opposite the hotel so very useful !

No soap shampoo left in bathroom on arrival! Otherwise everything else was brilliant 😁

It was a nice hotel for a night, clean and cheap. Staff were friendly and they could speak very well English. Location was quite good, between the lake and the mountains.

Hotel parking was 10€. Parking should be free. Outside the hotel there is a public parking which is free in offseason, but during high season could get quite expensive.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom very clean and the balcony had a nice view of the lake. For the price asked, it was great. The staff is very kind and attentive and recommended us a great restaurant for dinner. Definitely recommend.

Despite the parking having a direct connection to the hotel via lift, in the evening when it's dark it's not very well signed where the lift is. But they were doing some construction work, so I guess it will be much better after they're finished. Anyways, didn't bother us at all, being that they are super helpful at the reception desk.

I definitely recommend for a chill holiday. there is a park in front of the hotel by the lake, where people go to read, walk their dogs, have picnics. we had a room with balcony and lake view, it was beautiful to wake up to this view every morning. staff were friendly and approachable. the hotel is a little dated though, but so are all the hotels in the area. breakfast was not varied but it was delicious (apart from the olives). train station is 1 min walk, which was very handy as train is the only public transport available in the area. the area feels less touristic so that is nice for a quiet holiday and fresh air

these downsides are not about the hotel, but I figured it might help travelers: there is nothing around, apart from 2 restaurants which open at 7pm. We went in March, which appears to be off season, so maybe things are different in the summer. the nearest grocery store is at around 30min walk. ferry services are 10 min walk away, however there is no Ferry on the lake in March, they start in April. trains come every hour, so plan your journey to avoid waiting in the train station.

The cost and location just off the main highway is why I chose this place. It was very cheap in January. The place is older but was clean and seemed well taken care of. The receptionist at the front was very friendly and suggested a restaurant down the road which we went and ate at it was very good. Overall, the place was comfortable. They offered a breakfast buffet but we hit the road without trying it.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, close to Lake Como's edge and had a balcony with our room. You can take breakfast inside or outside looking at Lake Como. The cappuccino was amazing - thank you to the woman who made it each morning. The parking for your vehicle was wonderful. It is in a hotel lot with gates. Perfect stay!

The elevator is a little slow and small, so we took the stairs most of the time.

The location of the Hotel is perfect. The Lake is right in front of it and it literally takes you no longer than a minute to walk there. On the other side of the Hotel, you can reach the train station in about 3 minutes. So even if you travel by public transport, you can get around easily. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of options and very nice coffee. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. When we got our room, we noticed, that it didn't had a balcony. So we asked if it would be possible to swap it (even we hadn't booked it) and it was no problem. They checked immediately if there is one available and did let us swap it for no extra cost. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a awesome time there and would definitely go back again.

The secure parking of the Hotel costs 12 Euro a day.
