This place is easily accesible and quite approximate to the historical town of Lecce. The room was spectacular and very clean. Sandro is a very responsive and host, too bad we could not speak Italian and we used google translate to understand all his instructions during check in. 😄 There is a free underground parking, which is secure and surveilled. ( what is dint get was why we had to leave our car keys inside the car) but it turned out well in the end. The Jaccuzi is super and amazing, good size for 2 people. Overall we had a good 2 days stay at this place.

1. As the place is in the middle of center, it can get quite loud at night and the single glassed windows do not help at all, so bring your ear plus if you can. 2. There is an emergency light that is super bright at night when you sleep and it cannot be turned off or somehow reduce the brightness. Sandro tried to hack ways to turn it off but no luck.

The B&B is located a very short walk to the town centre, with lots of cafe's, restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in the blue themed room which was reasonably spacious. The bathroom appeared recently renovated. A standout feature was the shower which included a rainhead, waterfall and side-shower settings. The mini fridge in our room had some complimentary water and soft drinks which was a nice touch. Everything including the shared kitchenette was very clean and tidy on our arrival. Breakfast was outsourced to a neighbouring café with good coffee and typical Italian baked goods.

Parking was handled by an independent operator in the basement. Due to tightness of the car park, keys needed to remain in the car, as it may need to be moved by the operator. Breakfast voucher to the neighbouring café was 5eur / person which might not be enough for some.

I loved everything. Sandro from B&B was an amazing host and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is amazing... great bed, shower and the localization is perfect. The free private parking was a BIG PLUS. You can get breakfast in a coffee shop near the B&B (you will get a voucher to choose some items, totally enough to have a great breakfast). I highly recommend this place.

We loved everything.

The rooms are in very good location, a few minutes to the historic center and a lot of restaurants in the area. The design of the the room is so COOL and beautiful. There is a thought of every detail. It's perfectly clean. There is also a breakfast room where you can have coffee and some pastry all day long, in addition to the coffee and sweet pastry that you get in the next door cafe outside. The guarded parking under a building is a real bonus. Thank you very much Sandro!

The breakfast was perfect for me - a voucher at a great very local cafe which enabled me to have my ideal breakfast - coffee and cornetto (pastry)! As it was for 5 euros I'm sure I could have had quite a bit more.

The view was not quite what I expected but the location, on edge of old town, parking and service from the host certainly made up for that.

stylish and very comfortable the host was caring for his mother who was in hospital but he kept in good contact with us and arranged for Nadia to greet us the secure underground car park was a real bonus there was a nice well equipped kitchen to use and we go a voucher for breakfast near by

Great location. Good arrangement for breakfast. Nicely furnished room with free soft drinks in mini bar. Nice view over square behind.

Great deal of noise from the restaurants outside until quite late.

Location close to centre. Indoor parking was a blessing. Room was smallish but comfortable. Our host, Sandro, took very care to ensure we were comfortable.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Sandro, the owner, is super helpful and friendly and ready to help for anything you might need. The location is great, just 10 minutes walk from the historical center. The private parking is just below the property.
