Great breakfast served in a nice little courtyard - in fact the best breakfasts we had in our week in Italy. we had the room with the reserved parking that was really helpful and took a weight of our monds re availability of parking space but is tseems there is in fact plent of roda side parking in the area. The residence is about 7 mins walj from one of the main gates to teh old city so is really convenient. Sat nav is a real help in trying to find access as there are many one way streets - we use google maps that was 'spot on'. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a bit basic and our shower rooma a little small - but to be honest we were in Lecce to see the town and not to sit in a hotel room so it was absolutely fine for our needs

It is a big, clean and comfortable flat in a baroque style. The area and street is in quiet. Parking is in the street. A permit is given by the Giulio for your stay. The flat has a large downstairs, open plan living / dining kitchen area with a downstairs’ toilet. There is also a small patio and a small table and. Upstairs there is a bathroom and a double room with wardrobes and a large master bedroom with plenty of storage too The location is great. If you need to buy food, there is a supermarket only 5 minutes’ walk. Then to visit the old city is 10 minutes’ walk to Porta San Biagio, the historic city gate, and from there you are immerse in the old town and their beautiful buildings and ruins, such as the Anfiteatro . If you want to visit some impressive churches, I will recommend to purchase a pass to visit the four Churches and a museum at the cost of € 9 and you can also download an App with a guide. The area feels safe even if you return late night after a nice meal in the old town. On a different note, if you want to have a pizza take away, try Pizza 33. It is on the main road, only 5 minutes’ walk from the flat. The prices are from € 5 to € 7 per pizza. This flat is very well located if you want to travel to another towns for a half day or day visit. You can go to Otranto, Santa Mari di Leuca, Gallipoli or even to the beach. Overall, we had a great time in Lecce and in the flat. Guilli has been very helpful and also provided maps and guide of the area.

Nothing in particular, only a personal taste. The colour of the master bedroom is a bit dark and it is not the same colour as you will see in the photos. Also the description mentions that there is a coffee machine and a toaster. But we haven’t seen it. I will be helpful if in the kitchen there is a tea towel to dry. But this is only minor's comments which they has not affected in any way our stay.

very spacious two-storey apartment,in a renovated old palazzo. communication with the host was excellent, the property was clean and well equipped. about a ten minute walk into the old town.

nothing - April temperatures were cool so it was a little chilly in the evenings, but that’s not unexpected in an historic property

Excellent location: near Porta Biaggio, Via Di Leuca, which has a nice neighborhood feel to it, and is at the end of a quiet street.

the WiFi signal works only in the common areas. I could not get a signal in my room.

Great accommodation with it's own free parking and easy to walk into the old town to explore Lecce. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Comfy bed and quiet apartment.

Just the room and the furniture were very dark - would be nice to brighten it up a bit.

From the very beginning Giulio was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect with great car space. Esther's breakfasts were the best you could wish for! The freshness of the fruit and delicious pastries every day was exceptional 😋

The staff were very helpful, especially in respect of leaving luggage upon arrival and departure. The room and en-suite were clean and the location was great, being only a short walk to the beautiful old city of Lecce.

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but I’m not complaining!

The accommodation has a fantastic location, only 5 minutes walk to the center of Lecce. The terrace was excellent and provided a place for private parking of our car. The breakfast was good, the hostess took good care of us.

excellent location, being able to park the car just outside was a huge bonus. walking distance to old town without the street noise at night. very friendly owner.

The larger bedroom ac isn’t as strong as the one in the smaller bedroom but we had a fan as well so that helped.

Very small scale B&B. The rooms were spacious with lovely balcony. Free great coffee through stay. We could overstay checkout time without extra cost. Nice free parking on the street with permit provided by b&b. Reccommend Pizzeria Rosetta nearby for awesome great pizza!

The breakfast was in external place during our stay and was limited to one pastry and cofee.
