The location was very good, 10 minutes walk to the train station, 5 minutes from the metro and close to the harbour and aquarium. The room was spacious and the ceiling fan helped keep the room comfortable during the hot weather. The staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was more than adequate for the price.

The road noise was probably the least likeable feature especially as the hot weather necessitated the windows being open. Finding the property and gaining access before checking in was an issue. A small name plate could easily be missed and the entrance door was locked. I was unable to attract attention until a returning guest let me in..

Extremely cosy, familial atmosphere - felt like visiting a family member's apartment, amazingly dear hostess, very good value for money, 2 big bathrooms (1x tub, 1x shower) & 1 toilet for 3 rooms, fan in the room, fridge & microwave to be used by guests

Name of the place at the address was "b&b delfino blue" - that might cause some confusion Breakfast could've been fresher (packed croissants & tarte :( but there was coffee, hot chocolate, tea, butter, jam, fruit yoghurt, boiled eggs, wholegrain toast, orange juice, milk - unfortunately no cheese, veggies,...) The windows opened onto a main street and the port - if you don't want to close the windows and mind traffic noise, ask for the room facing the yard.

The host was very accommodating. She speaks English well and told me everything I needed to know about my stay. She also let me leave my things at their place so I could go around the city after checking out. Then, when I realised I had forgotten my suit when I checked out, so I contacted her and her daughter and they helped me retrieve it.

The only disadvantage was that the area is located outside the city centre, so there were barely any places to eat or drink in the immediate vicinity. Nonetheless, Genova is not a very big city and the centre can be reached by foot, so it didn't bother me a lot.

Fulvia is an amazing host! Very friendly, helpful and attentive. It's obvious that she really enjoys what she does. Thank you so much for the lovely stay. Apart from that, the room an facilities were nice and the location was great being close to both the ferry station and the main train station. It is also a "short" walk to the city center.

The main road on where the B&B is located is hectic!

Very nice apartment with several rooms and plenty of bathrooms, very clean and nice, stylish in close to the marina. The owner is very nice and friendly, she helped us a lot in a situation where we were robbed in the city, which we appreciate very much! We would recommend to anyone who wants to see the city or maybe just stay overnight before/after the ferry. Thanks again!

The host is a such a friendly woman! She gave good information about Genua and where to park the car. The breakfast was very nice (toast, coffee, orange juice, yoghurt, biscuits, croissants, …). The host speaks good English. The room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The B&B is good located. 10-15 minutes walking and you are in the old city center (also in the harbor). I would definitely recommend this accomodation!

The lady for the property is amazing. And the breakfast is simply the best I've ever encountered, rich in variety and delicious. It's a nice place to visit, even though the room is cold, they provide you with enough blankets and covers to sustain through the night.

Nothing much but the location of the BnB is a bit far from the city centre/historical region of Geona, other than that everything is fine. Oh the room is not soundproof so better be quiet at night.

Ms Fulvia is very friendly and keen to help. Room location is very convenient, colse to the main amenities. Place is clean and comfy. Recommended!

The BB is a period apartment in a Genoa palazzo, whose architecture is beautiful. Spaces are generous.

- location very close to bus station (5-10 minutes walk) - everything is very clean - friendly stuff - it was possible to leave luggage after checking out - it was quite (I had a room with the view to the inner street)

- it was a bit cold in my room but under blankets it was ok.

Dearest Fulvia is a wonderful host. Thank you for your warm welcome even tho we arrived at midnight. Great location especially if you are going to board the cruise ship. Only 5 minutes by foot to the terminal. Very clean rooms, tummy full breakfast, and perfect stay. Thank you for everything!
