I cannot tell you how fantastic this location is , you have to see the view from the apartment to appreciate how good it is. The apartment itself, whilst small has everything you need and done to a very high standard, the double shower is amazing. The terrace is just incredible with a 360 view of the surrounding area. Cafes, bars, restaurants, historic sight seeing are all within walking distance. the communication from the service team was first class and so responsive. so whilst for some it will look an expensive option, trust me the expense is worth it. Love this place.

Good location. Very well thought out design. Outside patio had great view of Duomo. Inside had a clear glass fireplace flue as to not block the view. There is also a shower with three clear glass walls so you can lay in bed and see thru the shower to the outside. A fun room to stay at.

Could have used a little maintenance. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on fireplace and there were no instructions. The telescope in the room is non functional and should be replaced. Lastly, the room is one floor above the last floor serviced by elevator but it was fine since it was a really nice room.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of things, the sound of bells in the morning an added delight. The balcony area was delightful.

Having booked an apartment with lift access, the final flight of stairs took us by surprise especially as one of us has a knee problem and we had thought we had avoided an apartment with stairs. We were not made aware that the main fridge was not working and spent a day trying to chill a bottle of wine, the only result being a puddle on the floor. (There is an additional mini bar fridge we had failed to notice so we weren't without facilities)

Location is simply incredible. I've traveled to Florence a few times and never had a view this good. Once you walk out on the terrace, you have the duomo to your front/left, and to your right the square. My mom and I had the best time people watching and listening to the troubadours at night. The apartment itself was small but gorgeous, and the thoughtful bottles of water and wine offered by management was very appreciated after our journey.

The shower temperature was stuck at super hot - we weren't able to find a way to change it to a more tolerable temperature. We were only there one night and when we realized, we were already running late to catch our next train, and forgot to inform management. However they were really helpful the entire time and I have no doubt they would have fixed it immediately.

First of all, the conclusion is that staying here is an unforgettable and excellent journey and memory. The location is perfect to easily walk to most of Florence's sights and sounds. The facilities inside are not only modern and well equipped, but more importantly the outdoor terrace is a great angle to see the top of the cathedral and the bell tower, both day and night. The staff here are very friendly. I lost a ring on the terrace. The staff even pried up the floor to help me look for it and eventually managed to find it. I have to say that the hardware of the room and the conscientiousness of the staff were unforgettable. If I go to Florence next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The Best thing about this apartment is the location, near Duomo, brandname stores, restaurants and train station. I also love the outdoor terrace.

Bed is a not soft like usual hotel bed. Pillows are flat. But it's not that bad, we slept well. The hand shower is always hot (can't adjust temp), only the rain shower is working. But a rain shower is big, I have no problem using only rain shower at all. The AC doesn't seem to work during winter. The room is a little bit too warm. I have to open the terrace door to let the outside air in for a while.

Perfectly designed and appointed, beautifully comfortable studio apartment. If you already love Florence and Brunelleschi, walking into this apartment will almost make you cry. His dome and energy fill the space. The location is one of the best, the building is elegantly casual, safe, & quiet.

It was most definitely worth the price we paid, but as I look to try to book again there seems to be some issue with rates for many nights that are more than triple what I paid. Very confusing and certainly not worth that kind of gouging, despite the beauty & comfort of the place. It is small, after all, with no hotel services. What’s happening? Was it sold recently to a Russian oligarch?

Rooftop studio apartment with an unbeatable location at the Piazza della Repubblica and view of the Duomo. Large terrace. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom and wellness shower. Kitchen. Writing desk. Complementary bottle of water and wine to welcome you. Close proximity to many of the sights, cafes, shops, etc. Global Blue's office is even in the first floor. Loved our stay.

The shower is in the middle of room with all glass walls. If you need privacy, this could be an issue.

the most stunning view of the duomo that you could ever imagine! not even the rooftop bars get you as close! we loved our stay here. we were only here for a night but we wished we booked more in advance so we could have had a longer stay! highlights of the suite: ideal location, rooftop patio is AMAZING (you honestly don’t even need to leave your room!), gorgeous decor/finishings, the host is easy to get ahold of and very accommodating!

This apartment felt like true luxury! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The shower was incredible, definitely the coolest shower we've seen. They had a free bottle of prosecco, a bottle of San Pellegrino sparkling water, and bottle of San Pellegrino still water waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived, plus some nespresso pods which was such a lovely and appreciated special touch! Everything was extremely clean, the view was incredible, and the windows and room were large and bright. The location is PRIME, and even the lobby of the building feels first class.

The only negative was the chairs on the patio/balcony were super uncomfortable on your back, almost impossible to sit in - so we didn't sit in them much. I did put a towel over the back of the chair and that helped a bit.
