The room was really cute and enjoyed the garden area. There are lots of nice cafes nearby and sometimes we'd grab some breakfast at one and bring it back to eat in the garden. It's a bit of a walk from the city center, but a lot of the better restaurants are around the outside of the city center anyway. The staff was also very attentive when we had issues come up.

For how far from the city center it is I think it's a little overpriced. The property also didn't get in touch with us until the day of with how to do the self-check-in. I like planning ahead, so I would have preferred to hear from them sooner on how to do the self-check-in. Although once we did hear from them it was super easy. Also had issues getting the AC to work properly and there aren't screens on the windows, so we couldn't open the windows to get the cool night air otherwise a lot of bugs would get in.

This place is simply AMAZING. It's very artistic, it truly gives you the feeling of Florence the moment you open the front (big wood) door and enter the corridor. Lots of details, amazing backyard, unique ceiling, very interesting stairs. The room - awesome! The moment you enter you will feel the Florence style - both the modern and the old one. It's super clean, quite big, the bathroom is HUGE and there's also a small kitchen if you want to cook something small. The WiFi is extremely good. The staff is superb. Oh! And there's an option for a paid closed parking for your car or bike - just ask with your booking. The price is very good! The location - just 15 minutes away by foot from the main square (The Duomo). If you walk faster you can get there in 10 mins. If you are lazy just take an ebike or escooter and you will be there in no more than 5 mins. Overall the experience is 10/10.

The hungry mosquitos in the backyard in the morning - don't forget to apply some anti-mosquito stuff on you before you go out for a very good morning coffee :)

There are too many things to list. A fantastic room, it was an experience of its own. Huge room, tall ceiling and all done in an Italian style, it was impressive! The staff are beyond friendly and helpful, probably some of the nices we've met during our time in Italy. The garden was another beautiful item to add to the list, just gorgeous. I can't recommend this place enough, it was superb! Wish we stayed longer.

The bathroom, particularly the shower, was a bit old, worn, and had some minor leaks. Overall the bathroom was a little dated, but again it didn't impact us in a negative way (it just could be improved).

Quiet hotel in a converted large family home, spacious rooms with lots of character, but good modern clean bathroom, water pressure and temperature nice. If you're looking for a buzzy place this isn't for you but if you're looking for some character and don't mind eating breakfast outside then give it a try. Gabriele on reception is very helpful

More staff on reception for longer hours would be good but they seem to have factored this into the pricing. Little bit DIY check in process but worth it

A great place to stay while you are in Florence. The location maybe a bit far from city center, so you would need to take a 20 minutes walk. But if you enjoy walking that won't be a problem. There are absolutely great local restaurants near the place. No tourists at all, but a lot of locals. Also rooms are vey comfortable and have all the facilities you need plus a fast internet

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! It’s located in quiet neighborhood, so if you’re not a fan of tourist crowds then it’s the right choice. There was a good supermarket nearby just 3 min walk. City center was 20 min away on foot but we didn’t mind the walk. Our room was very spacious and had a balcony, so we could enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee overlooking the garden. I needed to work on the first day of our trip so internet connection was important for me, and WiFi quality was great, the connection was stable and fast. There was a small kitchen in the room which was a great unexpected bonus! The check in process also was very smooth, even though it was a self check in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well.

There is nothing we didn’t like, everything was excellent!

The location is a nice distance away from the main city. After seeing everything and enjoying Florence for every day, it was lovely to come back home to a quite, residential area.

We used the air conditioner one night and I got a little bit of a sinus issue from it. Sometime the filters can just be a little dirty, but that was the only issue.

The tranquility of the garden behind the hotel and the balcony looking over it. The spaciousness of the room was good too especially when sharing with a friend.

Bigger cups or mugs to make a cup of tea in the kitchen (sorry we are English).

Booked on the morning, checked in same afternoon. Everything confirmed & check in was smooth, property easy to find & I could park outside for check in & then moved my car to a side street nearby. The property is in a quiet wide residential street, it felt safe & it was much quicker to reach the centre than I thought. Maybe 15 mins maximum. Elegant interior, well decorated & luxurious throughout. Room was larger than expected as was the bathroom. It was a last minute booking but I would return & highly recommend.

The room was just the right for my needs! Located in a walking distance from the city center and also easily accessible with busses. Everything inside the room was clean and tidy. Large bathroom, warm room and never had noise issues during my stay. Definitely choosing the same room if visit Florence again.
