Hotel Victoria

Kind staff, very good location close to the main train station S.M.N and the main touristic sites. The internet worked well. Good breakfast with caffe, fruit, croissant, cereal, juice and sweet bread. The hotel is next to the street but the window is thick enough to control the noise. They stored our luggage some hours after we checked out. We really had a very good stay there at hotel victoria. Thank you! (Special thanks to David at reception and the guy who attended the breakfast area).

Sometimes we could hear the TV from the next room (but it was really loud). The price was high, but everything in florence is expensive in this season.

Easy check-in, pleasant staff. The room was clean and the bed linen was of good quality.

We realised it wasn’t going to be The Ritz but we found nothing wrong with it.

Nice location, 5 min from the train station and 10 min from the city centre. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants just the next door. The staff at the hotel was super friendly. Overall, experience was amazing.

The only small complain which I have is the size of the shower, however, considering nice and old style building where the hotel is located, it's acceptable

Great location about 5 minutes walk from the central train station and short walk to the main square with the Cathedral. Spacious, clean, comfy room with daily cleaning. Breakfast was easy but good value for 6€ per person. Helpful hotel staff, WiFi worked well.

No small fridge in the room. Coffee Machine didnt work.

The hotel is located in one of the most central streets in Florence, you could go everywhere by foot and the distance from the train station, Santa Maria Novella, was 5 minutes. It is also close to the flea market of leather products. I loved the fact that everyone was friendly, especially the receptionist in the morning, who was so kind and polite. My room was not ready the time I arrived, so they gave me a better one and the day of the check out, they could keep my luggage in a safe place. The hotel has a bank in front of the building, a supermarket and many restaurants and cafes. Trattoria Zaza, one of my favourite in Florence, is two minutes away!

The room was okay in terms of cleanliness but it could be better.

We stayed two nights and found the location very handy, close to the station and a 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the main attractions. Quite good breakfast and the staff is very nice and kind.

I wish there was a mini refrigerator and microwave.

This hotel is quite decent, affordable and situated in a location that is prime to Florence train station and major tourist sites which are all within walking distance. Makes you feel like home. The room was nice and of comfortable size, bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom was very spacious. I was welcomed by an amazing receptionist at the front desk. The staffs were super nice, ready to point you in the right direction. Oh please you need to try the breakfast, the hotel has an in house chef and he makes one of the best croissants ever. I’d sum it up with, I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Victoria and yes I would recommend it.

Everything. You go to Florence to experience Florence and stay in a room to sleep because there's so much to do and see. So we did just that. The room was perfect for what we were going to do and as cheap as it could've been. Comfiest bed possible, great air con, great shower/bathroom, staff were awesome. I honestly cannot fault these guys or the location. Literally 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the epicenter of Florence. Just brilliant and would stay here again anytime. Anyone that complains about this place must be so far up their own back door they don't realise the true value for money. This place was great and I seriously cannot fault it at all. Unless you think the world owes you something because you're so special, this place is awesome and i cannot thank the staff enough for doing everything possible to make our stay great. Absolutely brilliant and trust me when i say, if there was an issue, I would have no problem saying so. I owe these people nothing but my sincerest gratitude. Grazie mille hotel Victoria for such a wonderful stay.
