Right next to central train station.. walk right across the road. So made it ideal to stay when arriving and departing by train. Within walking distance of central Florence, and to hop on hop off bus. More modern rooms. Staff helpful.

A little bit busier location.. only issue was room was very hot as no air conditioning.. only heating. And opening window in room was onto busy noisy street.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Nicol from reception was helping us with a lot of hints and suggestions in order to make our stay more pleasant. She fulfilled all our requests extremely fast. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely stay in Florence We stayed at the C-Ambassiadore Hotel which was right at the front steps of the train station. It was perfectly centrally located, because in addition to the train station it was just a few steps from the center of Florence where are the major historical landmarks are, in addition to the best brand shopping stores and a large selection of restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops. The front office staff were absolutely amazing, most especially Nicole and Maurizio, who took care of all our needs and reservations and recommended quite a few places both in Florence and in Venice for our day trip. Highly recommend staying at this hotel, would definitely stay there again.

The location was amazing! We had lots of trains to catch so it was perfect to have the station be right across the street. And the view from our window was sublime. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast host made it a pleasure to come down every morning. Breakfast was varied and wonderful. The fresh flowers on the tables were a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was so nice to have a balcony too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing is that is would have been nice to have more sugar and cream in the rooms, but it was easy to acquire at the bar. So, no big deal there.

If we are ever in Florence again, we will be sure to stay at c-hotel ambasciatori again! We booked this hotel last minute from our original accomodation and we were so happy we did so. It is right across the road from the train station, buses and tram line so getting from A to B is very easy. Surrounded by lots of good places to eat. Cleaners did a great job with cleaning and we are thankful for the little treats (a packet of pasta) they left us when we checked out. The hotel is also very large so there is always some where to sit and relax. Breakfast also has a large selection and great coffee machine! Didn’t really interact with staff but we prefer it that way

We could hear the patrons next door at times when they would then the taps/water on in their bathroom. No biggie because we weren’t at the hotel most the day but sometimes it was loud in morning.

The location is ideal and we got a lovely view of the Duomo from our balcony. It is a 3 min walk from the Termini station which is great if you are planning day trips or need to go the airport. There is also a tram service near the station to connect to and from the airport. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. It is also quiet and you can get a good nights rest. The staff are also lovely and made some great restaurant recommendations. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is also walking distance to all the sites; 5 min walk to Santa Maria Novella, 8 min to the Duomo and 10 min walk to the Riccardi-Medici palace. Thank you to the staff as well as for the lovely note and pasta. The little touches made are stay memorable.

Fantastic customer service.The first night was so unpleasant for me because the room was not good and aur condotion was off midnight but in the morning I talked to Maurizio , he was super awsome and change my idea about this hotel and he offered me an amazing room and in the result if that I extend my trip one more week in Florence 🙃😜His service and customer care and attitude was amazing .Also Zac was another nice person there that I met jn the resturant and he gave me lots of useful info too. In total was super awsome trip.

This property has lots of different room type which lots of them are so old and need to be renovatee.Also restyrant is too old too.

Everything was very convenient. Nicol was amazing! She looked. after us very well. Breakfast was very nice and the staff serving at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I couldn’t give more star is, there was 2 times I asked the reception/ bar to get us something for our room like tea and milk or to arrange something . The guy from the bar said very rudely that you come downstairs to get it. I am tired after the heat and roaming around the city. Being in a four star hotel you expect to be given four star service. The best highlight of the stay was Nicol! Very nice and helpful. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as it could be.

Property at great location. can take t2 tram straight to Florence peretola airport right outside the hotel. also Santa Maria train station right outside to take regional trains. extremely clean room and facilities and friendly staff. keep in mind in winter time (until April) no AC but opening a window was good. only thing is with windows open tends to be a busy area so if you’re a light sleeper might be an issue.

warm ish room in winter time due to no AC laws in winter. opened window and was much better but then it’s a busy area so can be loud at times.

The location was perfect. We travelled in from Pisa airport. The train station is right across the road and all the attractions are within minutes of each other. My partner and I walked everywhere without any trouble. The staff are very friendly, informative and helpful. Special thanks for Loianne for greeting us warmly and making sure we were well. Daniela for being her great self at the bar and being quite conversational! Zak for ensuring we enjoyed our breakfast and the rest of the day. Great enthusiasm from him!

Would have preferred a shower in our room rather than a bathtub. unfortunately, when booking, it gives an either or option. Not a huge problem though.
