Hotel Plaza

Great location lovely area. Was literally booked as a stop over after arriving into the area late, staff were friendly and helpful, ample clean fluffy towels provided, beds comfortable and they allowed us to store our luggage after check out until our transfer arrived allowing us to enjoy the town for the day.

The power points made charging our phones difficult but we found a helpful lady in the tourist information who allowed us to charge our power banks and pointed us in the direction of a shop who sold a very reasonably priced adapter, but be aware there are 3 different types of charging ports in Italy !

The receptionist Antonio is very professional and you can see he loves the work he does, always helping me with everything also after work hour. I don’t see anymore people with passion on the work place like him, I suggest the other to come to this hotel only for him, he will make you statement pleasant also the coworkers giulia was very gentle and cute The hotel was good with a nice balcony

The carpet need to be changed

The location is super b!... couldn't be better!..easy to travel bus stop just Infront of Plaza hotel.....train just 15 mins away.....boat trips that goes to a very beautiful places that you catch them Infront of the hotel.....very big open market on Tuesday....staff super helpful❤️.... everything was clean towels changed everyday...would recommend to anyone!

The bathroom....the shower door was broken..that's the only fault that bothered me

Easy, central, and affordable accommodations and excellent hospitality. Antonio was there during my entire stay and he was incredibly helpful and kind. Gave me plenty of ideas and recommendations for what to do, see, eat, etc. Very much appreciated!

The room had the lingering smell of smoke which was unpleasant as a non-smoker, although it was faint.

Great location and friendly staff. The lobby looks cool and the hotel is ideally situated for everything. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The market is right outside the window one day a week, yet you wouldn’t know. The room is so quiet despite being on the main road. Our room was made up each day and cleaned, very impressed and the cleaner was very friendly too.

The rooms are dated and basic but to be expected for the price.

The location of this hotel is excellent, fabulous scenery across the road from the Marina looking onto the water, only mins to the centre. They changed towels and bins and dressed our bed daily. The staff were the nicest people we have ever come across in years of renting places. Two young boys Jacque and Antonio, Antonio was the most helpful nicest person you could meet, he sorted many situations for us without hesitation. There was a lady Amelia also who helped us out with our PCR results situation. Without a doubt the nicest staff and thank you.

Well the hotel is a little dated and unfortunately our shower wasn't the cleanest, but really how often do you spend in your room, the pros outweighed the cons so I didn't complain. I would def recommend.

The location is good, but it is a very old hotel with old facilities that need an upgrade. The staff at the reception need preparation, they don’t know how to offer all necesarry details and you had to ask for everything. The didn’t said anything about breakfast, not about Wi-fi, that was different by floors, not any normal information at the check in. The rooms were smelling bad at the check in and the AC is very old and not working properly.

The smell in the rooms, the old AC not working properly and very noisy. The ventilator in the bathroom also very noisy. The breakfast very poor in taste, bad coffee at the machine.

the location is superb next to the lakeside and a minutes walk into the main square. the beds were very comfortable. the rooms lovely and clean and the staff are very friendly. it is also amazing value for money.

personally nothing -it is quite basic but that’s what we were expecting and the location and value more than make up for that

Great location, right next to the area with shops and restaurants. Amazing friendly staff. Overall a good place to say and great value.

Room needs better air-conditioning if you are traveling during the summer. We had too many people staying in a room that should have been for two.

I didn’t sign on for breakfast, preferring a light one of croissant and coffee at one of the waterfront caffès. Location was tops. I was there for the Mille Miglia and they went right by my seat out front with an Aperol in hand!

There were no drinking glasses in the room or bath. That’s about it.
