Utterly faultless. As a (mature) mixed group of nine - some couples, some not - our room configs were quite specific. The team at Casa Lady couldn't have been more helpful and met our every need. The rooms are very generous, beds large and comfortable and the aircon was fantastic and much appreciated in the 35 degree heat! We were on a cycling holiday and there was no issue at all with us keeping bikes in our rooms with us - the lovely Daniel even offered to carry mine for me and, came out for a cycle with us on our last morning! All areas of the hotel were spotless. We didn't appreciate what a superb location this hotel has, until we arrived. A few steps from the waterfront with cafes, restaurants and bars, and about 150 metres from the ferry. If you have a car, the carpark is a few minutes walk away and has plenty of spaces, you can drop off at the hotel beforehand. The front of the hotel has an open, covered terrace with tables and chairs and overlooks the square. We spent many an hour here, watching the world go by, admiring the view of the water and enjoying the musicians who performed in the square. The lovely Casa Lady team ensured we didn't go thirsty, with attentive table service from the bar and well-stocked wine stores. As a group of cyclists, the generous buffet breakfast was great, and the freshly made coffee any-way-you-like was much appreciated. It really helped us to be able to have breakfast early due to the heat, so the 7:30 start was perfect for us. Last but not least, the food. Oh my, what a fabulous, extensive menu! We ate on the terrace for two of our three nights, with both the quality and quantity of the food surpassing our expectations. Absolutely delicious. So much so we gave the chef a resounding round of applause when he came out to say hello! We ate in another restaurant on one night - just as it seemed daft not to - but Casa Lady was better food and better value.

Lady Casa is in an excellent location, with a lively cafe / restaurant opening onto the pedestrianised waterfront. Our dinner was excellent, and ambience was laid back and relaxing. My room was very good, comfortable with easily adjusted air conditioning. My daughters were initially shown the best room in the building with great view across the waterfront (more about that in the did not like). Plenty of choice of cafes on the waterfront. On the Friday the waterfront had transformed in to a packed and busy market. A short walk along the waterfront (south-easterly) takes you out of ‘town’ to some ‘beaches’ where you can sunbathe and swim, each with a bar - which if not banned certainly don’t seem to encouraged in the town. A walk up the steep hill to the viewpoint overlooking the town and lake is well worth the effort....steep and slippery staircases and countryside paths. If you get to choose, arriving in Garda by the passenger ferry gives a great sense of arrival at somewhere special.

The staff are focused on the cafe / restaurant, so initial check-in was rushed and as a result my daughters were checked into the wrong room, which happened to be the best room at Lady Casa. During what should have been a lovely evening dinner we were informed of the mistake, and my daughters asked to move - which did rather spoil our dinner. They duly moved into a much smaller room with tiny window. Compensated by way of free deserts, it still left an air of disappointment on our stay. On the ferry back across the lake we also received a message asking us to go back and pay the tourist tax as they had neglected to charge us when we checked in and checked out. Sorry, almost back at Desenzano by then.

Good situation, only 100 meters from Lake Garda. Walking area, so car have to leave 250 meters away behind the bus station. Parking fee about 20,-€/day and of course less with shorter parking period. Buffet breakfast very good and room was big enough. Good to know, that there is no elevator but it was not important to us.

The fridge was very small. Only one 1,0 liter bottle + one 0,5 littre bottle is possible to get inside and only in diagonal. The little bigger freezer will be same price from the store and much more comfortable to hotel guests.

We were delighted with our stay at Casa Lady. Central location on the waterfront; staff were bright, friendly and extremely helpful. Light continental breakfast was a real bonus, and the restaurant serves good food from a varied menu. And we timed our visit perfectly...room rates jumped significantly the following week with the commencement of school holidays!

Really, there was nothing to dislike. Our stay at Casa Lady was one of the highlights of an 11-week trip to Greece and Italy.

We had fantastic time at Casa Lady. The location is perfect, the staff is really kind and helpful. Our room was very tidy and was cleaned each day. You can park nearby at a parking lot which is also accessible in a couple of minutes of walking. For breakfast you have more options (scrambled eggs and crispy bacon was amazing) and they also make coffee for you if you want. The restaurant part I would also recommend to try,we ate there each day during our stay and all the foods were plentiful and very delicious. We also took our dog with us and there was no problem with it. All in all we really liked the atmosphere of the hotel, you feel like being home and that's even more a plus for Casa Lady.

A wonderful little hotel with air conditioning in our room and close to everything. Its prime feature is the location: It's really maybe 20 meters from the lake close to the inner town and all the restaurants and when you're sitting outside having breakfast in the morning, you can see the sun rise over the lake, groups of tourists on the main square in Garda. It's really an incredible place to have breakfast. We had a room with terrace on the upper floor which was very cozy and clean. We were travelling with bicycles and they were placed in the one (empty) restaurant room close to the kitchen, where the door was locked at night.

Amazing stay with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was basic with croissants, jams, egg, bacon, yoghurt, hams and cheese. Room was just what we needed, clean and comfy. The location was EXCELLENT. Garda town is perfect, we could see the lake from having breakfast. I would definitely come back to stay.

The aircon turned off at midnight and was controlled by the main system downstairs by the bar, we had to ask lots of times to have the aircon to 19 degrees. And it wasn’t allowed to be on at night.

Location perfect as it’s lakeside close to all local amenities and pleasant walk into Bardolino. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Keeping the breakfast food stocked up. Admittedly not so easy when only one person working at peak times. Need to sort out the water feed in the bathroom, trying to shower with one hand on the tap ready to turn from boiling water to freezing isn’t easy in a small shower cubicle.

Location to the lake and local amenities is good, communication prior to and during stay was also good. all staff very friendly and on the odd occasion that we ate there the service and food quality was also good

No blind on the bathroom window (frosted glass) and double bed was just 2x singles pushed together. Mattress soft for my liking but that is just personal choice.

We had a room overlooking the Lake, the view was stunning! Comfortable and spacious. Great breakfast

We felt a little uneasy leaving our luggage in an unsecure corner of the back restaurant which could have been accessed by any other guests or restaurant visitors. When we returned, our luggage had been moved to a store room as restaurant guests had arrived. Maybe offer the store in future with a lock?
