Best Western Hotel Canon d'Oro

We went to Conegliano for a wedding. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff, great service, clean rooms, tasty breakfast and lot of tips for places to visiting things to do. I leave in a Nordic country and this type of south European service is not common here. Absolutely recommended!

Can't think of anything really. We arrived at 2 AM and there was no restaurant open in the whole area. We hadn't eaten since lunch and were very hungry. We told this to the front drsk staff, who opened the kitchen and offered us fruits from there. Thanks so much for this!!

Very pleasant reception and a detailed information about the building/facilities. The employees we met were very kind to us at all times.Extraordinary breakfast all tough the sweets could’ve been fresher,we had breakfast 1hour before closing so it’s probably partly our fault.Beds were comfy, enough pillows and towels could be found aswell. The AC in the room was easy to handle and not loud at all.

Only unusual thing was the overnight parking spot.We paid 9€ p.n. and had to go down 2 streets to reach our car. and at any time we left or entered the garage we had to walk back to the hotel.It’s short distance and no problem if you don’t mind walking as we did but keep that in mind.

A nice hotel in the old street of Conegliano. Plenty of bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Being a part of Best Western is to ensure the better quality in a chain hotel system. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking fee of a day is very reasonable.

The hotel is not spacious and neither is its lift. I carried two pieces of luggage and barely got myself stuck in the lift. The wifi is not stable. The auto sensing door lock is a bit difficult to use if no one introduces upon check-in. No complimentary bottle water is provided and the front desk told me I can drink water from the tap...I doubt.

Nice walk-in rain shower and separate jetted tub. Comfortable (large) amount of space in the room, good breakfast buffet which we could gather and take back to the cafe table in our room. Pretty view overlooking the street.

Air conditioning was turned off from 10 AM to 2 PM. We were relaxing in the room while waiting for friends to pick us up for lunch and could have used the AC.

Central location with exceptionally courteous staff

The room required some fixing, hand shower holder was broken, towel holder was broken, the sink was draining the water properly, the carpets requires deep cleaning

Excellent breakfast. Very good selection of food. Everything very clean and comfy.

It is time for the hotel to change out the carpet and have wood/vinyl on the floor. Some rooms do have that but not all.

Modern and elegant. wonderful location in the heart of the old city. beautifully appointed rooms and super friendly staff.

One very small thing / the pillows were too hard for me. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were harder than I like.

Air conditioning in one of the rooms not working ruined the night sleep. No window screen so not capable of fresh air cause of the mosquito party...

The staff was amazing and very helpful. they had excellent restaurant recommendations and even made reservations for us. They were very friendly. The location was easy to get to and centrally located for walking around the city.

Excellent location, walking distance to every attraction. Parking is at the hotel.

The rooms are different. Last time we were in a modern room, the room we have got this time was a bit old fashioned. They have breakfast until 11, but started packing up at 10:30.
