Staff was helpful and understanding, they even went above and beyond and called a car rental for us, which was nice. Breakfast was sufficient and the area didn’t feel unsafe to walk through in the evening. Parking was easy and accessible, hotel room was nice and clean. Air conditioning was a big plus which we were extremely happy about. Breakfast wasn’t overcrowded and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The pricing at the hotel restaurant was a bit steep compared to other restaurants in the area, but this is probably regulated by Holiday Inn and not the restaurant itself (and of course hotel restaurants are often more expensive). Unfortunately one of the two elevators was broken for the duration of our stay. Nothing you can do about it, but a slight inconvenience. A couple of the towels in the room had stains on them, but other than that clenliness was not a problem.

Nice and clean room. Everything was working perfectly ok. The personnel were nice and helpful. Breakfast was also ok with enough options. Last but not least is a free understanding of parking with enough parking. And also there are a lot of public parking places in the hotel area too. So perfect place to stay if you have a car. Location 20 minutes away from the subway station. As a result you can leave your car in a hotel parking and use the subway to reach the city center.

If you prefer to have some entertainment in that area where you live, this place probably will not be your cup of tea. Not that much things around.

Hotel is north of Milano, far to city center but it was just 3 minutes to place of my meeting, so relatively the location is fine. If you just come for business and no need to go city center, hotel is in a perfect location. Rooms are very clean and staff was very helpful, I have requested chair and extra towel and they had bring immediately. Reception team is very helpful as well. Hotel has an underground garage, so my car was in safe. Garage is free of charge. Big comfort for Milano.

Everything was fine but just a few very small things can be added to breakfast like olives.

Holiday Inn hotels are really comfortable, clean room, spacious, clean toilet

The staff at the counter did not want to turn on the central air conditioning in the room, they claimed they were changing the air system. Hence, we came down to complain about it and threatened to leave the next day and problem solved. They turned it on. Folks, the whole service in Italy should be improved not only on hotels. The hotel is not centrally located this it’s not easily accessible to airports and if you travel at night from BGY airport you got no other public transport than paying 100 EUR for a taxi.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Breakfast every morning

A shuttle to the downtown area would have been nice. I stayed one week and spent a fortune on cabs. It would have been cheaper to stay downtown after factoring in the price of cabs. If you are unable to provide a shuttle then maybe have a contract with a cab company for a set price. Prices for cab rides were very inconsistent and outrageous.

The room my parents stayed at was pretty basic, but they loved it. They really enjoyed their stay, although there were times they complained about the AC, sometimes the room getting way to cold even if the AC was set to 28 degrees Celsius, or it would turn on randomly during the night even though it was closed.

For the location and the rooms overall basic design, for me personally the prices are way to high - almost 150 eur a night.

Spacious room, spotless cleaning thanks to Ionela's team (of course, special thanks to IONELA) that does an exceptional job. A big plus was the free of charge underground parking. The staff was very receptive and willing to help, I kept in touch before arriving at the hotel and everything went very quickly and easily.

I would like to mention an aspect that bothered me at breakfast. We caught a moment when the price of the room was about 180 eur / night ... I would have expected that, at this price, the breakfast would be suitable and if it is between 07:00-10.00 ... at 9.30 to find breakfast still available (which was extra paid, it was not included), not some empty trays ... because they were finished, the vegetables, for example and of course, others. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, with such a price per room / night. The food must be completed by the end of the interval in which the breakfast is specified, not leaving empty trays and just simple answering, they are finished.

The hotel is very good in a lot of things, very helpful staff, clean, parking,furniture and location.. because you can discover supermarket and MAC burger king near of hotel. breakfast time is extended in weekend to give the guests long time enjoying the breakfast.

There is no swimming pool, Although there is a space in front of the hotel, but there are no chairs for guests to sit and enjoy the place. Some delicious kind of breakfast foods not daily made.

First, about the breakfast, it was really nice and the most import was that the coffee was very good, not the filter-type one. The food was also delicious and there were many options for breakfast. The room was big and clean, they cleaned it every day and the bed was really comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean, the staff was really helpful and nice. It is located about 20 minutes from M1, so it is a nice walk There are some nice places to have a meal nearby.

The Breakfast is very good but might need more varities. The room is very clean and so comfortable. The price per night is excellent comparing to similar Hotels.

The gym room is very small and the air conditioning is not good.
