The room have good areas, is well decorated and comfortable. Kitchenette with all necessary utilities. We got a room with sea view. Possibility to park outside free of charge which is a plus in Italy! Sun beds available at the beach free of charge.

The bed is inside a closet, so when the bed is on the floor we don't have the bed headboard to lean against when reading or chilling. We had the "do not disturb card" hanged outside the door, but the cleaning staff entered the room to clean it twice. Location is a bit far from the city center, but if you have your own car it's not a problem. Pipe smell in the bathroom ocasionally.

Nice and helpful staff. They arranged a taxi and always informed us in advance about the arrival of the taxi and the arrival of the pre-booked tour. One member of the reception staff was even willing to buy us tickets to Palermo online. They tried to answer our questions in detail. Breakfast was continental - 4 types of ham and salami (mortadella, ham, hot pepper salami and one more type), 2 types of hard cheese, fresh cheese, butter, white and flavored yogurt, homemade fruit cakes, muffins, croissants with 2 types of filling , juices - pear, fresh orange, multivitamin (we especially liked the pear). fresh fruit (kiwi and orange), jams, nutella, honey, different types of muesli and crisps, several types of pastries. Rooms new, clean, cleaned daily.

Only a small knife for slicing, toilet paper supplied only on request.

We really appreciated our room! It was clean, spacious, silent, had new furniture, comfortable bed and a really nice and big balcony facing the hotel's back yard, part of the town and part of the sea!!! It was absolutely a plus to our overall stay in Catania. All staff members very friendly and helpful, always at our disposal. The hotel is situated in a quite zone, away from the busy and noisy city centre. Would recommend it!

Breakfast could be more diverse . Lack of choices. Truth is though, that we never left the hotel hungry 👍🏼

Apartment was comfortable, well equipped and quiet. The location was perfect for a short drive to Catania yet a lovely peaceful spot at night. Easy to get to Taormina and the highway. Staff is exceptional. Alfredo and Rajeez (I hope I have name right) were exceptional hosts. Friendly and accommodating and made us feel like we were at a home. Pleasant outdoor spots to relax with a view of Mt Etna. Gerbino is a great little market a short walk away for cheese, salami, bread, pizza, Arancino etc etc etc. All you need for a light supper. Restaurants a couple blocks away. We couldn’t have asked for more! We thank you!

Stayed at this lovely accommodation in Sicily and it exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and the surprise sea view from our balcony was a delightful bonus. Every morning, we we’re looking forward to the breakfast as it was extremely tasty and various. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. My only tiny wish was for a full-size mirror in the room. Regardless, this place is a gem and we'll definitely return!"

- Staff: super friendly and helpful. Everyone meets you with a smile and is ready to help you. - Laundry: this was a big bonus for us, as Ollen apartments was at half of our stay. You pay per load and you have the detergent and the clothes hanging racks to put in your balcony. - Quiet: it was super quiet and calm. - Food: breakfast was simple but I guess because not so many people were there, it was sometimes not a lot. Overall, still okay. You could also order food to the place if you like, which was also great for a lazy evening. - Facility: the room and the bathroom were great. New and modern but also comfy. There was even a Netflix account for watching the TV.

- Location: it wasn't that centered which gave us the calmness we were looking for but at night, we didn't feel comfortable when we walked to a restaurant from the apartments spot. Having a car was then great and then it wasn't a problem anymore.

New, modern facility, very clean and quiet. Smiling staff, gated parking and comfy beds. We had the breakfast delivered to our apartment and it was delicious (the breakfast room is under refurbishment). The facility will soon have also the pool and spa which will be a great addition to their offer. There is a bakery around the corner and the small family run shop nearby. Public transport is poor although the bus station is just around the corner. We had a car so we didn't bother much about it, but it is good to know as the apartment is not centrally located.

Some recommendations: We were missing a knife for bread and racks to hang towels and jackets. It is an apartment for 4 but only 2 chairs in the room so we needed to bring one from the balcony. Please put additional 2 chairs into the room. Also, there were 2 balconies in our apartment but on the bigger one there were only 2 chairs. I suggest you put a set of a table + 4 chairs on the balacony, it so pleasant to sit outside.

The rooms are expansive and furnished with high-quality amenities. The hotel offers impressive facilities and services such as a gym and jacuzzi. There are exciting plans for a swimming pool, indicating a bright future. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional treatment guests receive from the staff, who are always available to kindly attend to any needs around the clock.

The communication once we booked here was really good. The staff was really friendly and helpful and gave some good recommendations on what to do or where to eat. The room was very beautiful, modern and clean. The area was more quiet which was nice because once you drove 10 minutes you were in the busy part of Catania.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Very clean and modern layout. It was great that there was gated parking. The room had soap, towels etc. There was a fridge and coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi.

We paid 2 euros each for tourist tax despite all being Italian nationals. I have stayed in many hotels before in Sicily but I've never had to pay it. The room was booked for three people but there were two coffee pods, two sugars, two tea bags. I requested another coffee pod and was charged for it which I felt was poor. Not as close as I thought to the airport.
