The host is just wonderful: friendly and easy to communicate with. The room has all necessary (for us) things: a table with a socket near it, good wide bed with a comfy mattress, a fridge, a conditioner. The room is clean, the towels are changed daily, and also every morning the host gave us water bottles and coffee :). What is important, since it is a central location, the sound protection of the windows is perfect.

I personally prefer smaller pillows :). Also, the temperature of the water in the shower was sometimes difficult to regulate. It would be cool if you provide an adapter for European socket. The traditional Italian sockets are Ok for a phone charger, but for a laptop charger they are a bit too narrow. These are not so important moments, though. Just an idea for improvement.

Host is very kind and really gives her best to make you feel welcome. She waited for us at agreed time and instructed us in detail about everything related to accommodation. Every day we had new bottles of fresh cold water and coffee supplies. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed also. Location is excellent for visiting city center. Bus station with transportation to the airport is approx. a 10min walk away. I will definitely come back next time🙂

I couldn't find any flaw, everything was perfect to me.

The host is really nice woman, everything was beautiful, clean, and suprisingly calm accommondation is the really loud street.

It was a pitty that the bar with breakfast was closed, so we didn´t have typical breakfast, but host give us drinks, little juices and muffins every morning.:-)

just fine. parking in the garage available for €10. right across the street from a kiosk/bar that has espresso and spremuta. easy walk into Centro. The fort/museum is also right across the street.

Great location, confortable room, excellent attentions from the host. In the area it is difficult to get parking and the lady kept one for us

Everything was perfect, if I had to mention something it would be that the room was right next to the reception so everything was heard in the mornings

Staff was helpful and polite, room was nice and clean. We got free cold water every morning in our fridge and an orange juice.

Breakfast was kind of disappointing. It's a voucher to the buffet next to the apartment where you can choose between a hotdog or a brioche and a coffee or a fresh orange juice. We ran out of hot water quite quickly.

Location is just amazing - just by the Castello Ursino - tons of wonderful, affordable restaurants around. Breakfast at the kiosk opposite had the best croissants I ever had in Italy. Spotlessly clean on arrival and fresh linen everday. Rosa is lovely, very helpful and available for questions!

Amazing. They were really nice! Our plane has been delayed for about 1 a half hour, we came after midnight and they were waiting still with the smile :) Amazing
