Large spacious room with an equally sizable bathroom, air con that actually cooled the room (unlike most brand hotels these days). Opening windows and proper shutters on the windows. Mini fridge is always welcome. It has a small stock or you can pop to the Conrad opposite for your more familiar items. The location was better than I had hoped and is way closer to the heart of the town than it looks on the map. Lots of parking. Never had a worry about a space. After lots of thinking about where to stay in this region im glad I chose here.

No shade on the parking area. Halls can be noisy as guests leave especially in the early hours Bed was too firm for me but was ok for the 4 night stay.

Very comfortable hotel, recently refurbished, with a well designed and functional room and bathroom, air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good too. Perfect for a stopover on the way to and from holiday areas further south - easy to find, excellent parking, a short walk into town for bars and restaurants, with a supermarket opposite and a petrol station across the road. Also very well situated for visiting Bologna, Modena and the other northern cities.

I was several times in this hotel I like to stay there when I visit the car factories close to Pagani and Lamborghini and Ferrari is also not too far from. Easy to reach and quiet hotel. Just next to a supermarket so perfect in every way.

Very kind staff and good location to all companies arround the area. Very comfortable beds, modern superclean bathroom, perfect airconditioning (if needed). Supermarkt close to the hotel and restaurants not too far away.

The reception staff was very friendly helpful. Parking was perfect, and finally, it was not changed .couple of nice restaurants around.

The noise from other rooms. If you leave on a week day to get highway, tall gates take 1 hour to reach .There is so much traffic in the morning.

I booked this hotel based on the other reviews and they weren't wrong. We arrived around 10.30pm and were greeted by Stefano who was extremely helpful and friendly and he went above and beyond. The rest of the staff were equally lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Juri and Stefano helped us out getting a very early morning cab and all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I were in the area

A clean and traditional hotel in a good location about halfway between Modena and Bologna airport. The rooms are large and clean and the bed is very comfortable. Management are helpful and courteous and the hotel has easy and spacious parking.

I liked the hotel very much the location was also perfect very clean room and bathroom and comfortable bed. The stuff was very helpful specially the nighty he was one of the best who I ever seen. Very kind and very helpful.
