The hotel was perfect for attending a celebration at Villa Catureglia, which is only 10 minutes away by car. The staff were very helpful, especially Martina the manager, who seems to do everything! Food from the restaurant was good, although there is a very limited selection of white wine (only house available)! We would definitely recommend

WIthout a car (or the very limited taxi service in BaM) the hotel is difficult to get to, depite only being a very short distance from the town or station. There is a fast road with no paths to navigate

Amazing service! Everyone was soo lovely and went above and beyond to sort transfers to and from the hotel! Breakfast was very bland but restaurant for lunch / dinner was very nice. Able to make amendments for vegetarian and attentive service.

Hot tub not in use for whole stay! Asked for double room but recieved two single beds pushed together which kept coming apart during the night - was annoying as kept falling in between. Bland breakfast

The outside was a little loud sometimes but nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve.

You need to have a car as its a bit dangerous to try and walk to the bridge where the supermarket and restaurants were.

The owner Marco was a true gentleman. Willing to help in so many ways to make my stay both memorable and comfortable. Room was very clean. Shower and bathroom were very nice. Room was quiet. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was extremely well done!

A car is probably more ideal than walking from this location.

Great hotel in the Serchio Valley, lovely lounge area with log fire. Nice big rooms with views to the surrounding forest. Reliable and attentive service. Great base for visiting Garfagnana, Barga and Lucca.

Great for a one night stop on my motorbike tour.. Modern fittings, clean - on site parking. Restaurant was closed Saturday and Sunday so didn't eat there. The town is close but slightly too far to walk.

The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. We loved the food at the Restaurant, excellent! The breakfast was Continental and we had also fresh scrambled eggs. Thanks for everything

The breakfast was good. The location is wonderful, great view of the of the countryside, you do however need transportation to get around. The staff was friendly and very helpful always making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

lovely little quiet ish hotel in the mountains. was visiting for a wedding nearby but stayed a week. really nice staff, couldn’t do enough for us even with a bit of a language barrier as some don’t speak English. would recommend.

our aircon in the room broke but they tried their best to fix and got an engineer out as quick as they could. couldn’t be helped.
