The property is modern and includes all the amenities you would expect to have in an apartment or suite. The suite was very clean and everything was in good working order. The breakfast was fantastic! They offer you sweet or savory options and the portions were plentiful! We had a croissant with marmalade, followed by a plate of scrambled eggs, salami, speck, and cheese. I also had a plate of smoked salmon. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The suite was very warm (end of May) despite the heater being turned off. We opened the windows and it took until the middle of the night to finally cool down comfortably. There was no Wi-Fi password in the suite, nor did the staff offer it upon check-in.

Very great location in the centre of Bolzano, we had marvellous breakfast at the terasse of the Pepper and Lounge bar, After pre arrangement, safe parking was possible near the apartman in the yard of an adjacent school/theater - at a reasonable cost. Our host, was very helpful. Thank you, Nik, for the great hospitality.

Our host, Nick went the extra mile. He made us the most incredible breakfast on Christmas morning and gave us City passes. He also offers transfer to Livigno and ski slopes.

Nothing wrong with the suite but Bolzano is more expensive than other cities in Italy and they advertise that the Christmas markets are open daily but they close early afternoon on Christmas Eve and are closed on Christmas Day so we missed it.

Nik, the owner, is outstanding! Taking care of the customer is his number one priority! Nik ensured our stay was exceptional! The breakfast and the staff were outstanding, too! I highly recommend Pepper Lounge & Suite if you plan to stay in beautiful Bolzano, Italy!

nothing! I recommend this place to everyone who goes to Bolzano) I might prefer to pay a little less, but Bolzano itself is an expensive city. And all in all, for the service and delicious breakfast we got, I don’t mind to pay the requested price

No dissatisfaction, I hope there are more trash cans by the bed and more charging plugs downstairs. There can be multiple small tables in front of the TV. feels good.

The staff is clearly happy with life and it comes across in their approach to the client. The entire team is kind and accommodating. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Excellent location - couldn't be better because it's steps from the center but quiet and peaceful. Super quiet (no cars, nobody above us, no loud diners outside). Super clean. Owner speaks English well and is very nice, helpful, and responsive if you need anything. Beds very comfortable. Even the pullout couch bed was unusually comfortable. We all slept very well and were rested to we could enjoy a full day of hiking. Excellent breakfast too. I would stay here again.

Lovely skylights above the sleeping areas, but for people sensitive to light in the morning bring a sleeping mask.
