Everything about this place was incredible! Strategic location, great bedroom and ammenities (everything we needed for our baby), idyllic garden and pool, delicious breakfast. But most important: Walter and his team (especially Rosilde and Grazia) were the nicest and most helpful hosts. We could go back every single year to spend our holidays there :)

If I think really hard about something to improve, maybe two suggestions would be to consider warming up the pool for the not so hot days, and maybe offer dine-in options for guests like us who had to stay in because of our baby. But none of these things affected our satisfaction with this place.

Within walking distance there is a trattoria, super market, pizzaria, ATM, and probably more which we didnt check. Alberobello is a nice 3,5km walk along the road. The host Walter was a great help finding a new rental car, after we encountered issues with the first. Breakfast was very good, and served in the room due to the season. End of februari is obviously too cold to enjoy breakfast on the lovely outside terrace.

Nothing to complain. Bathroom was not gigantic, but there was plenty of hot water at good pressure. Very comfortable. Floor heating was very nice in this time of the year. Air conditioning was available, but we didnt use it.

Family of 4, we had a room with a double bed and another pull out sofa in the living area by the kitchen. We had two bathrooms which was great. Airco worked super. The grounds are nice, peaceful and quiet with a small pool. Breakfast was reasonable, you indicated night before what you’d like to have. Eggs, yogurt, cereal are all options. Also ham and cheese, fresh orange juice and coffees. We especially loved the typical pastry. Staff were friendly but minimal English

We missed tips/advice from the staff as we had received at our other stays. Breakfast was reasonable but there could be a few small improvements like fresh bread and granola.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, I was contacted directly by them 2 days before the arrival to organize everything, including the airport pick up. The breakfast was vey good with a wide choice of "dishes", the rooms were clean and comfortable. The property has a large yard with a small pool where kids can hang around freely.

The position...in a small village, remote. We were always connected by a taxi, which actually was a private driver, as taxis do not exist in that area (Bari). You have to organize before all your small trips around Bari, but once you get in contact with the driver, he is always willing to help you. The cost of the transport is not very low, but for a group can be supported very well. Airport transfer was 130e, for the rest of small trips you would pay between 50 and 100e one way (the car, not per person).

We went earlier as it was the check in but the guy who were waiting for us was so polite and good guy so he left us to do check in earlier. the room was amazing, vintage and modern in the same time with a very good kitchen with full equipments. the garden and the pool was so nice, we enjoyed every minute there. so quite and so stylish. the breakfast was so nice and the staff was amazing. we highly recommend this amazing place!

Location: We loved this place. It’s ideal for family & couple. Quite and relaxing place although the swimming pool is small for us it’s not a problem because it is nice and clean especially with the beautiful trulli background and facing the olives trees, it gives us relaxing vibes 😊 Breakfast: The breakfast is good. We booked the Triple Dimora rooms and we are impressed to the fridge full of drinks including water, 2 types of juice and milk with yogurt and pudding and there’s also plenty of bars, biscuits and cereals, coffee machines and 2 types of coffee that all includes in what we paid. And in the morning they deliver to your room a fresh croissant. Parking: Safe and free parking available in the location Staff: The staff were awesome! Good hospitality and very informative.

It is ten minutes away from this location to Alberobello. But in the end it's ok because if you book a hotel in the center it's close but the parking fee is expensive. I’d rather drive 10 minutes and pay less than 3 euros than to pay parking fee in the center. But it is your choice 😊

Locatian was great, peaceful and close to Alberobello if you travel by car. Great place to relax with a great breakfast. We decided to stay one more night. Thee room was great with everything that you need and great service. Walter and the team were fantastic and very helpful in everything. We just love it. The pool is a must.

Was much better that we expected.

Spacious apartment, very clean, great breakfast and since we stayed with a 3 year old, it was very convenient to have the living room for her to play. The pool is very small and just used it once the day we arrived but the garden is very pleasant and nice.

Some utilities were missing in the kitchen, like a cutting knife and a cleaning cloth and even after asking we were told that they weren’t available. Doesn’t make much sense to have a nice kitchen for guest to be able to cook and then having them cut their food with an eating knife. The breakfast, although super complete and tasty, misses some fresh bread.

This is the place to stay to visit Alberobello (and the Trulli) as it is only a 5mn drive away. Our host Walter was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were large, nice (as new) and cosy. We could choose what to get for a delicious breakfast which took place in the lush garden. And the pool was what we needed to cool down between the visits; small but relaxing and soothing.

A little bit far from major touristic points. A car is mandatory to move around
