Sicilia's Art Hotel & Spa0

This hotel was such a great find for our honeymoon. The staff are incredibly helpful & nothing was too much trouble. The room was absolutely fabulous, the bed more than comfortable & it was so quiet, we slept really well. Views from the roof terrace of the sea on one side and Mount Etna on the other. We had a hire car and parking was no problem & very safe in a doubly locked car park at night. Breakfast was fresh & plenty of different choices, hot, cold, whatever you wanted. The place was spotless. I really couldn’t fault it. Top marks! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Sea and Etna views were excellent. Pools and facilities were great. Good breakfast, especially the lemon cake!

Location a bit far from Acitrezza centre for walking

The hotel is excellent and offered us a delicious welcome drink upon arrival. We stayed in the family suite which can host up to 6 people. It has two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, kitchen and large open balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view. It was beautiful. Every part of the hotel exibited great design choices with designer furniture. There was excellent communication before and after arrival. Staff were polite and professional with prompt service for any requests. We would happily stay again.

The pillows unfortunately weren't comfortable. We had the goldilocks trio. -one way too big, one too thin and one just right. They had no bounce and given how excellent everything else was, they were disappointing for an establishment at this price point. Advice would be to invest in some better pillows.

Staff were all very helpful and pleasant all of the time. When I asked for a bathrobe, it was immediately delivered to our room with slippers. Room was excellent - we had room 201 with a great corner aspect. Great pool with lots of available sunbeds.

For people staying more than 3 days, the menu was limited. The food was very good but it would be great to have had more choices.

The pool, staff and bedroom facilities. It's a great hotel for couples and families alike. Definitely go back again if given the opportunity.

Breakfast. All in all, it was good. However I would have liked a bit more fruit variety and dairy-free options. But that's my personal preference, not necessarily a bad reflection on the hotel.

We loved the size of the rooms and bathrooms and terrace! Everything was clean and in good working order :) Would definitely book again if i’m back.

The location is a little hard to find and driving up to the place was not very easy. It’s also alittle far from the main city (but we knew that).

There is so much to like about this place. It was the highlight of Sicily for us. The room was stunning and modern, the staff were amazing, and the food at the restaurant and breakfast was top notch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We also had secure carparking which was great.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sicilia's Art Hotel. Such a great atmosphere, cosiness and elegance. We really appreciated the friendly and professional approach and thanks to Raffaele our stay was unforgettable. Very nice and comfortable room with the sea view, great breakfast, amazing spa experience! Can't recommend it enough if you want to stay in Acitrezza or near Etna.

Breakfast had great selection, both pools were lovely and relaxing, our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a fantastic stay!

The hotel was very quiet and relaxing being in a slightly more remote location which was lovely, but if you are heading out for the day or evening it’s a bit of a walk to nearby towns and public transport.

Lovely hotel in quiet quaint Sicilian Town. Very secure parking with good staff. We got upgraded and loved our room.

Only thing that we struggled with was communication with some staff (not all). My husband and I don't eat pork, got given a free starter and checked it had no meat in it before eating...it had parma ham in it. Had to give it back, got a new starter so the hotel rectified it but it was not ideal
