Harrah's Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino

The rooms were good. Had a nice view of Lake Tahoe & the mountains.

Our initial room was a two queen bed room and we asked if we could move to a king bed room. Our desk clerk was very nice and was able to move us to a bigger room with no additional charge. The room was very nice and had a his and hers bathroom, which we loved! The hotel was very close to our concert venue and within walking distance to everything else we did while there.

I guess, maybe that there wasn't anywhere to eat after the concert was over. We thought that there should have been at least a 24 hr diner open in either Harrahs or Harveys. And maybe provide luggage racks for the customers to use, as the bell desk was pretty slow to get our bags up to the room and we had to wait quite a while to get to dinner, etc. We would have been happy to take our bags up ourselves. Not their fault at all, as everyone was checking in at once, but give the guests a choice to get their own luggage.

Location is great...right at Stateline and the hub of everything. We had a great room with a lot of light (my request) on the 15th floor with views of both the mountains and lake. We had the good luck of having a beautifully clear day in spite of the nearby fire. Our two Queen bed room was spacious and the two full bathrooms was nice. I liked all the full length mirrors in the room, as so many hotel rooms do not have them, even though the decor could have used a little freshening up. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting friends for Tuesday night Blues downstairs in the Casino. The Buddy Emmer Blues band and guest musician were great.

The pay for parking is a sting....with the room price plus the resort fee, it would have been nice to not have to pay for parking as a paying hotel guest. There was no in room coffee (still being attributed to Covid!) and with Starbuck's on the first floor being the only choice, it was quite an added expense!

the automated concierge text system. I asked for towels at 8:15pm. didn’t get a text back until 11:38 and then at midnight they knocked on my door (I had a sleeping child) and gave me the towels. not the best system.

my stay was for one day , my brother stay was for 3 days, he was staying on the 10 th floor. he texted to let me know and when I checked in I asked if possible if I could stay in the same floor the clerk very cheerful was able to let me stay 2 rooms from him and his wife , it was a great stay, great experience and yes I will be back , Jesus Villasenor

Staff was great. Location was in the heart of gaming & other activities. Close to restaurants & shops.

There is no maid service for less than a four day stay. We had no hot water on day 1, but they did fix it.

Twin Queen room had two bath rooms - awesome when sharing the room with others. At least 6 elevators so waiting on one typically was a pretty short wait.

No complaints aboutt anything. Hotel and staff were very good.

Casino and close proximity to heavenly Valley ski resort

I was in a smoking room, and the smoking room was too smoky. I would prefer an ionizer prior to the room being used again.

Perfect location Great Casino Arcade great for kids 2 full sized bathrooms in each room!

I like having a refrigerator in my room. I also like having two bathrooms. Having Starbucks and Fatburger was a big plus for me. Having them would encourage me to stay again.

The free wi-fi is extremely slow and unusable.
