Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino

Hotel is at very convenient location for LV convention center. The rooms were very comfortable. I did have a bit of noise from a very noisy neighbor. Local shops in the hotel are great and have most. Breakfast facilities in the restaurants are great too. Wifi was perfect.

Sometimes a bit of noise from the neighbour as the walls between rooms may be a bit thin or it comes via the doors between rooms.

Easy to clean lobby floors, shaded jacuzzi, staff are friendly and helpful.

Pool not accessinle 2 days in a dow. 1 was mild wind the other was a festival I was eccluded from. Light fixture fell off when in the shower. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night because someone was smoking in a room next door and my daughter hss asthma.

Room was great, overlooking the strip on a high floor as I'd requested. The room was clean and tidy, but no items such as body wash, shampoo or soap provided (didn't need as I brought my own, so didn't ask, but usually they are provided, and have been on previous visits here).

I requested a kettle and was told one could not be provided without explanation, I'm assuming this may be something to do with COVID, and if that would have been given as a rationale, I'd have understood but I asked why and was told 'it's not something we do' and no further explanation given no matter how many different ways I asked.

Fabulous large room overlooking the strip (great for sunset lovers). The room was clean and well presented, good size bed with plenty of pillows. Fridge was really useful to have for keeping snacks and drinks cold.

Only complaint was that there was no coffee pot or kettle provided. I asked for one of either and they told me they don't offer them, so I requested a flask of hot water and they wanted to charge $10 JUST to deliver it to the room!

Food was very expensive. Drinks at the bar were outrageously expensive.

One morning there was no hot water in shower. TV did not work

The rooms are quite large. It was perfect since the convention we attended was right there.

We arrived at 6pm but our room was still not ready until 7pm! They also didn’t clean our room the next day.

Lots to see. People from all over the world. Pool was a great place to relax. Kids loved the arcade. Monarail was right there and easy to get around. In hotel shop was nice to get drinks and snacks.

That people are always asking you to try things. Pushy about it. When my family arrived at the hotel, we were walking around waiting to check in. A staff member asked if we were staying. I told staff we were waiting to check in. He said, "Let me help." We ended up paying money for a breakfast we were unable to attend to get talked into a time share. I told them we could not make it and still lost out on a "refundable" deposit. The hot tub was not working the whole week we were there.

Great location for the ASD trade show at the Convention Center. Good restaurants inside resort. Perfect view of the Sphere which was fun! Better than tv!

Sooooo many pubic hairs (possibly dog hair) all over the bathroom, shower, floor, sink, all over room, but thankfully not in the bed or on towels. Toilet was dirty as well. Felt like housekeeping just changed the bed and towels, took garbage and not much else. I cleaned it myself before I settled in. Strangly, the same at the last placeStrange, in Phoenix. Staffing shortage maybe. Also, the bed was very short and my feet hung over. Must be fulls not queens and I booked a King. Glad I was not sharing cause I had to sleep diagonal. Also lame that has no coffee or clock in room. Had to go downstairs and buy coffee every morning. Pool closes early and mandated resort fee I could not even use. All that and I might stay there again when I go to the next ASD trade show, so...

Clean, gorgeous lobby and nice casino. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Only one pool and someone had a bm on it so it was closed. They also close the pool at 6pm so we were not able to enjoy it.
