Hawthorn Suites Las Vegas

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. It is always good. The building is getting old and there is basic maintenance that may need to be addressed but it is always clean and great staff.

The place has a lot of options the breakfast is small but cozy, and the staff was so friendly explaining about the fees and where all the stuff was located, we arrived there a couple of hours after the check-in and it was all good, we didn't have any problem with it. the bed is really comfortable, and the room was really clean. They provide towels and everything, we stayed on the first floor, which I believe is prepared for old people because the bathroom had chairs and everything to grab and stand up.

The air conditioning is old but efficient, we didn't like the options (fast, slow) to set it.

Super friendly staff upon arrival, staff in the morning greeted us with a smile, comfortable beds, good location out of Vegas, pool and hot tub were enjoyable

Bathroom could have been in better repair and cleaner, grout was dirty. Breakfast serving area was small and crowded. Hot tub railing was very unstable

The people were great especially Robert who knew all the answers to my questions. He also answered my questions with a smile! The staff were very friendly. The coffee was delicious!

I didn’t feel comfortable with the smokers near my room 127 very late in the evening. They were there after 10:00 pm. talking and smoking.

Check in and out was easy. The pool is great and made a wonderful place for my grandkids to unwind. Breakfast was difficult for us to enjoy because it was hard to get service and get it quickly on the go. We just wanted fruit several mornings and simply walked out.If you do not mind a little more of a drive from LV city center, this is a wonderful place to stay and worth the price. The staff worked hard to serve.

Their needs to be some updating of the facilities. My husband recently had knee surgery and needed to find the public handicapped accessible restroom when needed. There needs to be a look at the mattresses. We did not sleep well as the mattress was so hard we could not get comfortable. The room had a constant odor that we could trace: leftover smoking, cleaning solution used,...?

Desk clerk Mona was exceptionally helpful. We are moving and had a tire issue on the way. I had to arrive alone with two pets in 110 heat and needed help getting my pets inside out of the heat. Mona dropped everything and ran to help me. I was so impressed! Best hotel clerk ever!

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The room was clean and spacious

The breakfast was not good. The coffee was stale. The elevator was broke on the day we had to check out so we had to carry our bags down the stairs. The towels and garbage were never taken care of.

The room was quite comfortable. Everything was clean and the tub was roomy. The bed and pillows were comfy too, that's the most important part. The hotel takes COVID seriously and takes a number of precautions. There are several hand sanitizing stations and they actually have a cup for used pens, unlike the majority of other hotels we've stayed at since the beginning of COVID. They also bag individual breakfasts for guests. So you still have some choice as to what you get. They allow 20 people in the pool at a time, though we didn't use it, I thought that was acceptable.

The walls are very thin and the noise from other rooms is easily heard. We also discovered two burned out light bulbs, making the room a bit darker than preferred.

Simple hotel, fairly clean room with adequate space for a 1-night stay for family with children. It's little far from central Vegas but it was one of the few affordable hotels that was available at the time. Friendly front-desk staff. There's a gas station right nex door.

Loved the deluxe queen suite w/kitchen. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was on point and very accommodating. Complimentary breakfast is a treat w/fresh coffee and waffles. Would definitely recommend.
